My order was placed over two weeks ago and dispatched 13 days ago and still hasn t arrived It s impossible to contact a human about it and I fear that I m going to have to go elsewhere If getting a refund is as difficult as getting a delivery I think I ve just lost circa 500

POOR IN ALL RESPECTS

Delivered a different item to that ordered Totally ignored my attempts to resolve this issue with the non existent customer service team Have had to resort to requesting my bank recover the money paid Happy to return the incorrect item when Snowleader provide prepaid postage as they are getting no more money out of me A dreadful experience of this company badging itself as UK with their web address AVOIDResponding to my several emails sent with evidence of your error in supply would have been a better way to address this B3 boot crampons sent are no substitute for the B2 compatible crampons ordered and are totally useless to me Update to Snowleader reply as per my several unanswered emails I ordered Grivel Air Tech New Matic Evo crampons which are a flexible crampon for B2 graded boots You sent Grivel Cramp-O-Matic Evo a different crampon entirely and for use with stiff B3 graded boots I am surprised you appear unaware of the purpose your products are produced for Please respond to my email chain which contains all the details with photographs and screenshots Thank you

Awaiting refund for more than a month

I have been awaiting a refund for a product returned in December 2024 for over a month Have tried to make contact with the company through all the channels listed on the website and have had no reply to repeated attempts to make contact I would advise everyone to avoid if there is any chance of having to return the product I will edit this review if the company do get back in contact

Scammers - company gone into administration

Ordered two pairs of skis a month ago still not received them No response to my messages calls from snowleader or Evri Obviously it s a scam company and I ve requested cash bach via my bank They don t have a customer service only automated messages and from what I ve seen from other clients they ve gone into administration Not sure where all the positive reviews come from they re probably fake Although the prices are very competitive that s because they never deliver the goods Try their contact number and the chat service before you order and you ll see what I m talking about

Use a credit card to make sure you dont lose your money

you must buy from here make sure you use a credit card If Ghosted when trying to return a faulty item Gloves open at the stitching Submitted 2x return forms 2 contact forms online chat and phone and no response or acknowledgement of the return request Luckily i have screen shotted and screen recorded the sumbission of these so i can prove they have been done I would very strongly recommend buying on your credit card so that you can do a charge back to get your money back when they vanish

Failed delivery by Evri

Failed delivery by Evri who then lied about the parcel being delivered and backdated the delivery date to pad their stats Snowleader do not reply to emails or queries and their chat bot is useless Do yourself a favour and dont do business with anybody that only offers Evri as the delivery method and has non existant customer service

Poor Customer Service

Poor service Great PriceReasonable delivery Customer service is awful non existent after purchase Tried numerous times to make contact No one bothered to return three request of contactThink really hard if you need to return any items

Appalling customer service good product

After realising I had ordered the incorrect size of poles I left messages sent forms talked to the bot No answers at all The poles arrived great product good timely delivery Now I want to return them the website does not allow me to complete the returns process Once again I am completing forms etc with no darned answer Appalling customer service

I am still waiting for a reply and a refund I made an order on 21st December the courier EVRI said the parcel was too damaged to deliver and to contact the seller Which I have done There contact page is useless phone number rings and message says too busy and directs you to contact who send out an email saying they will respond in 48hrs which they don t And their web chat does not work

As all of my efforts to reach any kind of costumer support have failed I will now report this business to the financial ombudsman and try to get my money back via them Be aware - if you need to return your order you stand no chance of getting your money back I suggest everyone else who they owe money to reports them to the financial ombudsman
