Placed an order no issues until I tried to return the item Seems to still be in transit with Evri and any time I reach out to Snowleader email or phone I get no response All I want is a refund Update 01 02 2025 Unable to raise a claim with Evri as all deliveries and returns are via Snowleader No response from Snowleader so calling my credit card provider to resolve

I have been unable to get any response

I have been unable to get any response from this company regarding my order The AI chat app just says it will contact a human but then that no human is available and to please use the contact form The telephone only goes to the option of leaving a voicemail and they do not respond to their contact form

Poor service from both Snowleader and Evri in sorting out my missing parcel Have sent two messages to Snowleader without a response Have no idea if I ll get my purchase or refund Really disappointed

Terrible

Terrible I ordered a jacket a month ago and am still waiting There were delays with dispatch and then the courier lost it I ve tried numerous times to contact Snowleader to arrange a replacement but they just don t reply so I m stuck

I ordered over 200 00 worth of goods at the beginning of January and still haven t received anything Assume it s gone missing but haven t had any contact despite multiple attempts via chat email and call Very disappointing and hoping I will get my money back this way

Buyer beware - Snowleader dreadful customer service

I returned an item to Snowleader on the 8 1 25 - 23 days ago worth 150 I have since received no refund and zero communication from them despite constant contact form fill outs emails and phone calls Be careful when buying and returning from this company shocking customer service despite promising a reply within 48 hours of contacting them - more like 48 days Hopefully this can finally catch their attention and get my money back

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE Pay a bit more elsewhere I ordered a pair of boots that were never delivered I tried calling emailing using chat not a single response Currently with PayPal and credit card provider to recover costs I believe it s a requirement to trade under UK Law to be contactable - hence given the above and the company not being contactable this company breach UK trading laws Will never buy from snow leader again

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service still waiting after two weeks for parcel - stuck in the Evri system somewhere and supposedly going back to sender I have raised a Evri query phoned Snowleader - you can only leave a message and no one gets back to you I raised a case with Snowleader - supposedly 48 hour response - still waiting I now need to go to Paypal and raise a non delivery case Steer clear of this company unless they improve their customer service

Do NOT use this company

I ordered a north face bag on the 8th December Evri lost the parcel Confirmed in writing and advised I needed to contact snowleader Have completed online forms x6 left 10 messages and have received one automated email in return Do NOT use this company I am still 260 worse off Customer service non existent This has taken up many hours of my time and the sad reality is that this company are taking people s money and continuing to trade Please read the reviews I am going continue to write a different negative review every day until I get a refund Avoid avoid avoid

Not received order tried the online chat called and emailed no response re delivery Paid for 48hr delivery on 27th Dec understand the holidays but no response still and still no delivery
