my parcel was 3 weeks later than

my parcel was 3 weeks later than delivery stated and arrived with a battered box which was open positively the skis and bindings both in great condition and communication was great

Ridiculous postage and handling fees

Item is fine and came in reasonable time although not as quickly as you might expect for the enormous 9 99 postage fee for a single vest On top of this was a 2 handling fee Very outdated pricing model for modern day online shopping and worth reconsidering

Charged 9 99 for delivery of a pair of

Charged 9 99 for delivery of a pair of Salomon trainers to the UK That was the cheapest option but did stipulate a 48 hour delivery actual delivery window was 8 days No problem with that but pls charge accordingly If your not going to give the customer a choice on delivery pricing at checkout then deliver on time as per your own pricing spec Enough said Item was as per ordered so all good on that front

Item was perfect but delivery was slow and dealing with the chosen courier Evri was a nightmare

Ordering and payment very easy but no update on delivery until 3 days AFTER the estimate The customer service bot was useless

Returned order not refunded

Update 11 1 They have now replied and issued the refund after multiple emails and messages on Facebook If they are working behind which they could well be then a small message just to say this would go a long way to alleviating the issues I d recommend if you are just buying something but beware if you are looking to refund as this may not go as smoothly as other placesIt has been 27 working days since they received my returned order and there has been no communication or refund in that time despite saying the refund will be issued within 14 working days Ordered a coat on 20 11 received it 26 11 requested a refund on 29 11 as I had ordered a second coat which for better this package was never opened or used the box only being opened slightly to put in the RMA form and then resealed return request approved 29 11 handed to Evri using the provided return label 30 11 on 13 12 a member of staff confirmed they received the package on 2 12 this was only after I contacted them I have received no further communication since 13 12 despite multiple emails and any attempts to contact them using the phone number or the chat have been met with no reply Order 2200192475 return 6900011700Day 1 of negative reviews until I receive my refund

Ordered ski boots on 28th December and

Ordered ski boots on 28th December and was given a dispatch date of 6th January which works well with my ski plans skiing from 18th However there is no way to contact Snowleader by phone as too busy to answer their 48hr commitment to get back to your messages was not been met - still waiting They changed my order status to dispatched on 6th January but EVRI still have not received the package as of 8th Price for the boots was great but I suspect that I will need to cancel and source boots from another supplier with better logistics Maybe avoid Snowleader if your order is time critical I tried to contact them via their chat this afternoon and after over 1 5 hours and getting to 1 in the queue I then got the agent not available message wow Update all is well that ends well Received my boots today from EVRI Such an amazing price and I m so pleased with them - thank you Snowleader The above was all about communication - appreciate you must be busy given these wonderful prices and ultimately a good service - just open up better communication channels and this will be a brilliant service

Item has still not arrived

Item has still not arrived and no response to contact form and chat system on website does not work Ordered on the 27th When ordering it said I would receive my item on the 3rd Jan order was dispatched on the 31st but since then the Evri tracking still says we re expecting it I tried the online chat but it kept me as number one in the queue for 3 hours I sent an online form in but have not heard anything back The number costs 9p a minute to ring which even if you do ring has 2 hours hold times 10 in phone costs If you had better customer support options I wouldn t have to resort to leaving a negative trustpilot review in the hope of some human contact Edits Item finally arrived 4 days late I ll change the score to 3 stars to reflect it actually turning up Only 3 stars because the customer service is pretty terrible with the phone lines being shut and the chat not working
