Very welcoming retailer shows great understanding for customer changing needs

I have placed ab order several times and canceled it due to changing circumstances The shop stuff was very accomodating to all my requests and they have had no problem modifying the order several times Very good experience Great product as well

Snowleader is a great company for high quality winter clothing I ve used them before and got good deals on Hoka footwear Now I feel better prepared for an expedition to arctic Sweden this February with Hoka boots north face down jacket and black diamond guide gloves which with their sizing guide all fitted perfectly No complaints Swiftly delivered Well done Snow Leader

Good website experience Clearly communicated to me the dates I can expect the product to be handed to courier and the clear delivery communication Great website with cheaper prices if you know this and are willing to wait for product and not expect product 48hours after you order

Ordered some skis

Ordered some skis from Snowleader co uk their prices were unbelievable being hundreds less than RRP The only delivery option was Evri for 19 99 but given the savings this was fine I was just concerned about Evri s reliability from previous experience I needn t have worried the skis took about a week to arrive well ahead of the suggest delivery from date all packing and items were in tact Please note that you have to be able to be at home for delivery and only 3 delivery attempts will be made I am thrilled with the new skis and can t wait to try them out Thank you Snowleader co uk I d definitely use your store again

Previously I gave this company a bad

Previously I gave this company a bad review This was due to a clearly busy Christmas period that they had and I m guessing some serious issues with their customer service team In can t case I figured I d give them the benefit of the doubt Ordered a Fjallraven shirt for 40 off Arrived in about 3-4 days Very quick delivery all things considered Item as described and fits perfect

Absolutely brilliant

I was slightly concerned about the website at first looking at the trustpilot reviews however seeing the negative reviews were mainly focused on time to deliver I decided to gave it a shot I ordered a pair of skis with bindings to be mounted on Thursday evening at 10pm they came the Monday following 4 days to mount bindings and ship skis from France no less is astounding I would recommend to anyone

I have received brilliant service from Snowleader across multiple orders Was a bit unsure due to lots of negative reviews but I went with them as the discounts for the items I wanted were just too good Everything was delivered in perfect shape and within their estimated timeframes Really happy and will 100 be using them again
