Long Wait

The finish of the sockets is great - however they are being fitted in a kitchen over tiling so therefore the screws provided are not long enough to secure them So a bit of a bind having to source longer screws The connections in the rear are different to the original sockets therefore making the wiring difficult to connect So what should have been a relatively straight forward job became somewhat annoying

The sockets were fine once we got them but what a long wait we had and communication from the company was very poor The first time I asked where the sockets were I was not told there was a problem I had to keep contacting the company about the order rather than the company keeping me informed The sockets were ordered 4th October and money taken for them but order not received until December 12th

Good service but it took a while to be dispatched and delivered

Not very impressed with switches as had

Not very impressed with switches as had a couple that were faulty but I did get them replaced with no problems

Great items at a good price but sent me the wrong colour screws so I had to purchase additional ones to finish the job

Incorrect items received

Received items on time Unfortunately the items received were not correct This is the 2nd that me that I ve used this company and the incorrect items were sent out on both occasions

Unfortunately the items ordered did not arrive on the date given this has caused me to change dates of my electrician carpenter and decorator This has caused me to be significantly out of pocket If a delivery date is promised it should be stuck to I no longer have faith in this company and will not be using them again

I really love the products but the

I really love the products but the communication was not great I had to chase part of my order for about 6 weeks even though it was apparently all in stock when I ordered it Eventually Sian seemed to get stuff sorted and rang me back so I m glad I spoke to her

Excellent customer service

The light fitting was despatched in a timely manner but although the shipment was very well packaged one of the globes was broken I contacted Socket Store who apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent The replacement arrived three days later I consider the product good value for money and would use this company again

Good customer service

I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because the wrong item was sent to me However these things happen and the person who I spoke to at customer service was extremely helpful she dealt with it quickly and with no fuss The correct item was sent straight away and a free return label was sent too so I could send the incorrect item back Good prices quick delivery good communication and excellent customer service
