Slow service poor communication
I ordered a whole lot of items which were all showing as In Stock Two days later I got an email saying one item was not in stock I replied immediately saying I would like the order to be split and the In Stock items sent immediately Five days later I had heard nothing so I called spoke to a guy who was very helpful and he agreed to send the In Stock items by next day delivery A few more items are apparently out of stock now All appears to be a little chaotic - items shown as In Stock should be in stock and if they re not someone should come back to me quickly and then despatch the In Stock items quickly Everything else I ordered on the same day as Socket Store arrived next day so they need to up their game to be competitive
