Gave 4 stars because I have not yet fitted them as I am renovating our home Very happy with the appearance of the sockets switches plus they seem quite sturdy for the price Overall would have no hesitation in recommending Socket Store

Easy to order

Easy to order great prices Delivery well packaged 1 was blemishes slightly and 1 was dinted on the corner on the light switch Could have probably had them replaced but had electrician booked and didn t want to delay the installation Would purchase again as it was the factory inspection which let the company down

Very easy to order and pay Only marked down because item took longer to arrive than desirable but quite understand that this may be due to Royal Mail rather than Socket Store as item seemed to be held in Birmingham Mail Centre for some while Item arrived well packaged and in good condition Just right so very happy

Quality products

The sockets were delivered as agreed and the quality of packaging was 1st class Only 4 stars as the socket price had increased by approximately 5 each from the last time I bought them but then so has everything else in the world

Overall good products I did receive a 13a spur that was broken on delivery however customer service was great and they sent a replacement quickly If not for this it would be 5 stars Thanks

Classy product

A little disappointed that the double socket was not listed as out of stock when I ordered it However I didn t have to wait to long for it to come back into stock When I received the double socket it was well worth the wait It looks very classy was delivered very quickly and packaged extremely well

They got it exactly right

The prices are reasonable with a vast selection The staff are very responsive and helpful with guidance on suitable products The products themselves give clear instructions ie when to install - such as waiting for plaster to be fully dry before attaching plates etc What I found particularly incredible is that having purchased all sockets and switches for an entire house from this company when an issue arose with a couple of items a good while later Socket Store were still able to help find a resolution It s very rare to receive such good customer service but I would say the service from Socket Store was exemplary Katie Thomas was particularly extremely helpful Highly recommend their products

Really glad I ordered from the Socket Store Seamless experience the switches and sockets I ve received are exactly what I expected Just what you hope for from an online retailer

With an imminent kitchen refit I wanted

Ordered some Georgian light switches to match existing ones There was a short delay as they were awaiting stock but Socket Store notified me as such and as soon as they were back in stock which was only a few days they were despatched immediately The switches are good quality and matched exactly with the ones I already had I m pleased with their customer service and will use them again
