Disappointed

Good delivery service but when things go wrong the service is disappointing I bought few hundred of pounds worth of sockets and switches the quality of these are questionable the moving mechanical parts often fail I have six are broken now I had to pay for the replacements When I complained all they checked is the purchase date and they said is outside the warranty period so can t help Safety seemed the least of their concern

Lack of customer service or interest

I ordered several sockets for a room renovation the delivery note stated one would follow on 2-5 days the rest were there Imagine my surprise when the other socket did not arrive I complained I was informed it was sent as a complete order with a separate delivery note not When I complained I was informed I was outside of their 14 day complaints policy I now have one odd socket due to the missing item and very poor customer service

Poor service from certain members of the team Not recommended for reliability and aggressive customer service Update - really appalled that they responded and fabricated that I had been threatening and abusive To make your company look the victim is really not in spirit with the national sense of unity right now Terrible company - rest your head in shame Customer services

I ordered two double sockets and two

I ordered two double sockets and two single sockets although it was easy to connect the sockets it was absolutely impossible to attach the brass surrounds to the sockets All four of them would not attach and are at this moment only being kept in place by the plugs Before you say they must have been connected wrongly my husband was an electrician by trade They are the biggest load of rubbish I have ever purchased but once connected I couldn t return them Never again

Not too happy tbh

Not too happy tbh Ordered several sockets and light switches three weeks ago Nothing suggesting on the website that the items weren t in stock After three weeks and still no goods I called to chase up my order Only to be told they re waiting on stock and I should recieve my order on the 29th September Might have been nice initially to have been made aware of the fact there was no stock of the items I d ordered

Non-standard size

The sockets are a non-standard size - the normal size is 85mm square or 85x145mm but these are 92mm square so where two sockets are placed next to each other they don t fit

This company does NOT ship to GB outer

This company does NOT ship to GB outer Islands Jersey Guerney Shetlands Isle of Man etc Unbelievable in this age that they can t sent a small box or envelope to somewhere when the products they sell have probably been shipped to GB from China If food supply companies did the same the people on these Islands would starve to death The company need to change thir carrier and charge delivery to these places The recipients acknowledge that living on an island they may have to pay carriage

I received an empty sleeve

I received an empty sleeve with no contents inside a sealed bag from Royal Mail apologising for the condition of the contents You need to use better packaging

Quick to sell but unable to help with after sales

Purchased over 250 worth of switches and sockets Information not clear when purchasing two dimmer switches Installed and not working correctly as not compatible with one main circuit board connection Been told unable to return as have tried to use the product Very unfair as had to order separate 2 way switch and even had to pay for extra postage otherwise building unwilling to return in a few days

Out of 9 items ordered 7 need to be returned

The lights switches and sockets I ordered had no protective film and were covered in scratch marks and scuffs We are on a short time scale to get work done and now I need to start again
