Absolutely brilliant Rang because I wanted to try and match something similar to existing light fittings Really helpful assistant sent me several links I order Friday afternoon and arrived 10am on Monday with Royal Mail Prices competitive too

So impressed by socket store

So impressed by socket store I ve been gradually changing all the sockets in our house over but when I went back the site the range I ve been using was no longer available I emailed them and asked what had happened to the range and was told that they had been discontinued however they would be made available on the site again for me Amazing customer service thank you very much

I bought 7 light switches from this

I bought 7 light switches from this company which were fine and I was very happy with I miscallcullated the amount then needed to order 1 more it arrived with nothing inside the box no light switch I phoned the company straight away to explain they told me someonewhere I work must have stolen it or I must have stolen it as it left the factory with no issue Shocking customer service the worst I have ever experienced I don t complain very often and I can see the company has very good review s but to be told I must have taken stolen it is pretty shocking especially after spending over 250 on light swictches I had no other option to order another switch and when it arrived the packaging was a lot better Hope no one has to complain or has an item go missing as this company fails when anything goes wrong
