Thermostat has never work at the correct temperature when being fitted usually about ten degrees to low so heating is always on when not needed

First impressions were not good so I will not be pursuing any further engagement a shame really a company that has no time to respond satisfy a customer queries in the initial stages is never ever a good sign my experience was via live chat

Wrong part sent twice And a lame excuse for the second pump assembly not being as described on their website To late now the plumbers here

After sales needs improvement

After sales needs improvement We purchased a lot from Soleheat as when purchasing items they were very helpful The delivery was quick but after the system was fitted it transpired that the manifolds were leaking Everything else was of the highest of quality therefore no complaints regarding anything else purchased We reported this to Soleheat who have said without even seeing the item that it wasn t faulty and was the installers fault I have checked with more than one underfloor specialist and it was the product Their customer service was rude and disappointing as we had purchased most our underfloor items from them the fact that they never apologised despite that we had the inconvenience of a leaking system and that we had to pay out twice for same product pay again for the plumber to fit the new manifold and unable to return 3 faulty items I will not purchase anything from them again based on this one problem which they could have resolved swiftly and appropriately

I paid everything on time and they let

I paid everything on time and they let me down for 4 days so they forget to deliver underfloor heating pipes So i have to pay a cancellation fee to screed company I wouldn t recommend this company

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered some heating components 12pm 17 11 2024 that were urgently required The delivery stated next working day after waiting 3 working days I called and was told they would deliver the following day which also did not happen Due to this 4 day delay I had to cancel my plumber who had been booked in for the work four weeks prior I called again the following day and no answer left a message and was lead to believe I would be contacted the following day which surprisingly didn t happen either Called again on 22 11 2024 and was told they would deliver the following day This time I also received an email confirming a Saturday delivery Stupidly I had taken this as gospel and rebooked my plumber for Monday 25th Nov The delivery has still not arrived I ve tried calling to cancel my order so that I could have a refund but no answer I have now reported this to my bank to see if they can step to help BE WARNED

Polite but could have been avoided

Although the customer service person was polite and helpful when I called Soleheat following the wrong item having been selected and despatched to me due to incorrect and unclear images on their website The part was discontinued Rather than notifying me an alternative was sent to me which meant I required additional parts to adapt it to fit and more time and cost

The package came very quickly but unfortunately it was damaged and some parts were missing

35 minutes agoCustomer service needs some improvement but overall okWe purchased an underfloor heating system from Soleheat The delivery was quick but after the system was fitted it transpired that the thermostat was broken and therefore the system would not properly function We reported this to Soleheat who required that we purchased a new unit on the promise they would refund the old one on receipt of the faulty product After some negotiation Soleheat agreed to refund a portion of the postage of the return however despite both us and two plumbers verifying that the unit was faulty on returning the item which was refunded Soleheat stated that the item was not faulty and therefore they would not refund us the postage and they should charge us a fee as they were out of pocket Their customer service was overall disappointing given the tone of the emails verging on rude the fact that they never apologised despite that we had the inconvenience of a non-working system and that we had to pay out twice for same product albeit with the second fee subsequently being refunded pay again for the plumber to fit the new thermostat as it was a faulty product and not his workmanship and pay 10 to return the faulty item to them

No cable with pump

Hi I received the kit on time But for 20 meter square you should send 105m length pipe rather than 100m And you should have provided cable with grundfos upm3 pump Now I will have to buy it separately which is going to waste me time
