Sole Heat were very responsive when I first contacted them Supplied clear drawings However when I received the order I noticed they had not supplied a blending valve with the manifold - even though I had told them that the heat source is a gas boiler I had to source the blending valve eisewhere because Sole Heat were unable to deliver in the time frame required Also and this is more of a manufacturer issue the Prowarm spreader plates would not lie completely flat once installed The pipe would spring up slightly under tension along all end loops I had to use lots of extra fixings to achieve a flat enough finish that would work well with my floating engineered floor without clicking as you walk on it - though the floor is still left with some bounce I am mentioning this here because as the supplier I expected Sole Heat to be aware of this issue

The overall experience was good and positive however I have encountered a couple of aspects that were not as good as I expected the insulated retrofit eggcrates just been badly glued together instead of being built-in as described and the outlet on the Manifold were a bigger size than ordered

Was easy to deal I wasn t able to buy required amount resulting in a huge waste of ufh pipes and staples

Great price service but unfortunately the courier company let them down Package was severely damaged

Great shopping experience and quick as well for delivery would have been 5 stars if there was some delivery tracking added

Let down by poor delivery but very good in all other aspects Would recommend

Speedy delivery and great online communication in terms of delivery tracking The Soleheat team helped with some installation queries for an underfloor heating install We had some problems with a faulty Salus thermostat controller but the team handled the return and refund process promptly

Choosing ordering delivery was very straightforward and easy I can t comment on how it works as we haven t set it up yet

Ordered easily and came 1 day later than anticipated

Edited to say thank you for getting back to my husband and for a 30 refund Great customer service since so hopefully this was just a one off Our two boxes arrived one with a big hole in and we are unsure if items were missing The second had fittings out of the packaging The valves loose in the bottom of the box No instructions The screws for the manifold weren t big enough so we had to go and buy additional screws My husband contacted soleheat and the response was that it must have been the courier the courier may have been responsible for the hole in the box but I m almost certain he didn t open the other box remove things from packaging and then reseal the box For such a high price heating system we expected better and better customer service
