I ve flown other airlines with lower fares but with Southwest you don t pay for all the little extras With the others the seats didn t recline and you pay for everything soda snacks and especially LUGGAGE Southwest except for their early check-in offer does not nickle dime you the way most other airlines do and still provides friendly customer service from check-in to flight staff to ticketing issues thanks again Lauren Just wish they flew into TTN Oh and their coffee is pretty good too

This airline is great I fly where I want and I actually have fun I feel comfortable from the moment I get on board I like United too but it s pretty cold I found the flight I wanted at the price I wanted and never felt like I was sacrificing Kudos to Southwest

Just flew from Kansas City to Denver tonight The flight attendants and pilots were awesome They got us home safe in this big snow storm The grounds crews are out here working thier butts off for us tonight too Thank you everyone for a great job I am home safe at 2 am

I ve been meaning to review Southwest for years Just a great experience every time and the one time I was significantly delayed due to weather I received a 100 gift card in the mail a few weeks later They re pretty liberal with the free drink coupons too

I Fly Southwest everywhere I go if they fly there The best experience ever flying and I used to fly a lot recently I ve been looking for flights at the last minute and un fortunately there was another airline that was less expensive but I m bummed that I didn t get to use Southwest

Whenever I fly with Southwest Airlines

Whenever I fly with Southwest Airlines I feel Special Their pilots attendants and crew are very courteous and professional They do their best to accommodate you the best They are attentive to any detail during the trip giving you the best comfort and security The overall of the fly is excellent Besides they are ready to help with any inconvenience On one occasion my family had to change flies at the last minute and they graciously re-scheduled the fly without any penalty Thank you SouthWest for your good job and Customer Satisfaction

Southwest is the best Domestic airline in the USA their flight schedules are convenient and affordable Their no fees for luggage and date exchange and their Rewards program has been great for our College son to travel from San Diego to San Francisco during holidays for free several times Thank you and keep the good work

Best getaway

Needed an emergency one way ticket and they beat all the competitors hands down Not only did I not have to pay for any luggage but also paying under 90 for a ticket booked 18 hours before the flight was amazing Easy boarding easy getting off the plane I couldn t have ask for a better flight Plus my luggage took literally 15 minutes to get the time it took me to get to baggage claim I waited maybe 2 minutes for both of my bags I wish they went more places

2 free checked bag and sales I m a very budget conscious traveler They have been getting a lot of my money Great out-of-country deals from Ft Lauderdale I got a flight to Ft Laud 49 ROUND TRIP I got flights to Belize 188 ROUND TRIP and Cayman Islands 200 ROUND TRIP The 2 free checked bags are a huge reason why I frequently buy from them I just wish they would add more destinations like Peru etc I m flying with them Feb-April But KEEP IT UP SW
