James was excellent my dealership it transpires bought me a 12 month policy when I paid for a 24 month James fixed it with speed and was fantastic he called me back when he said he would which is rare these days

I had a leak in the air conditioning and took it to an approved garage The warranty covered the cost which was a few hundred pounds so I was very happy in the end Recently the warranty expired and I was very happy with the service so I have signed up to a rolling monthly contract

Costly claim Mercedes c

I had a costly claim on a Mercedes c class phoned the warrenty who directed me on what to do and what information they needed I went to a Mercedes specialist as it was a big job steering rack I had to pay myself and was told they would cover all cost within 30 days except a small part of the hourly rate as I selected the cheaper option Which I was more then happy with cant remember all the names but Daniel and Julie were great along with the other members of staff I spoke with I waited just over 2 weeks and received payment really happy with the overall process and so glad I had cover it s saved me big time

Fantastic to deal with

Fantastic to deal withI required a repair on my xc40 so glad I had cover as the part was extortionate but spectrum were a pleasure to deal with everything was sorted between them and the garage and I collected with nothing g to pay

Great service from ALA supporting me with my claim for the fault in my Jaguar F Pace Communication between myself and ALA and the 3rd party garage was very good All in all I ve been delighted with ALA

I contacted the insurers who provided me with the details for the closest garage to me The garage liaised directly with the insurers to get the work authorised and I paid the excess The experience was easy and streamlined

Amazing

Spectrum were absolutely amazing I had an issue with a car and in turn had to cancel my policy and begin a new one The refund for what I d paid previously was in my account with a week and the whole process was so speedy Highly recommend
