The Smart Care car insurance has been really useful over the last few years Some things I have needed to get done and a couple of nice to have scratches but all have helped my car continue to look in great condition

My experience has been smooth sailing everytime I ve had to use spectrum insurance I got cover on my car when I bought my car from car giant DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THERE unfortunately since buying the car I ve had nothing but problems and problems that would of set me back quite abit of money Luckily I covered myself with spectrum and every claim I have put through has been accepted bar 1 and that s only because it didn t come under the cover The garage I use through spectrum ramzi auto s always goes above and beyond to fit me in quickly and get my car back on the road again quickly The only downside with spectrum I would say is there is no local garages to me so I have to travel 14miles or more for a garage which can be a pain if the car can t be driven Spectrum 100 need garages in the berkshire area to make it easier for their customers in this area

Excellent service Andrew was very efficient sorted out my warranty claim with my local garage for the issue with my Ford Kuga Kept uptodate by emailing me phone calls too Well done Andrew you are a star worker for Spectrum Insurance services well deserve your recognition

Hassle free experince i went to garrage they sent the report my claim passed I take the car again get it fixed need to pay 50 pounds excess good exeperince worth recommended
