Problem not solved

I have had an issue with my gear box At least thts what i thought The mechanic thought of something else Ordered it replaced it but didnt worked out well Im still facing the same problem Im not happy with the result though Hope to find a solution soon

What can I say about spectrum insurance waiting 2 weeks for a callback-finally Andrew rang me and said would authorise within the hour which he did thank you Andrew however need to ring back

Customer service very hard to get hold

Customer service very hard to get hold of Claims take forever to process then payment takes 30 WORKING DAYS Product appears fit for purpose after submitting one claim so far

Low figure for Labour

Efficient enough but 53 per hour for labour un realistically low figure to limit claims Took quite a long time for funds to arrive once agreed but dealt with claim promptly

I would recommend to a friend

They need to sort out their access issues Neither myself or garage could obtain a swift response - which is the last thing you need during a claim That said once through to someone able to help the permission was granted at a suitable location of my choice and I received payment The labour rate needs to be revised as prices have gone up in the real world but so far the product is good value for money and I would recommend to a friend

In theory it should be a really simple It s Not

In theory it should be a really simple solution to a chip or scratched car- In reality- if you don t live somewhere with grounds so you can have a large van parked directly beside yours you have to pay someone else to do the work and claim it back Again sounds like it should be simple but I chased the payment from sending the invoice to Spectrum on the 23rd October - right up until the final chasing on 10 December Longer than they said it would take and even their timescale was abnormally long
