Earl absolutely was the best support

Ria s response time was excellent Ria was able to find the issue right away Ria specified the different accounts I had accidentally created which allowed me to identify which one I wanted to keep We submitted a ticket so it can be resolved within 24 to 48 hours

I had a technical issue due to human error and signing up twice Silly me But when I got in touch with the team via live chat nothing was too much trouble I spoke with Ria She ensured that I was totally happy with the resolution and after I had a change of mind in potential solution was only happy to go and further amend my account in order to ensure a positive outcome Thank You Ria a real asset to the team

A big Scam

I usually don t put negative reviews because i understand that Digital applications and websites usually have pros and Cons I heard about this drop shipping app and read negative reviews on Trust pilot but i thought to give it a chance I got its 14 days free trial with payment 1 99 and found that they repeatedly asking me for membership each time i tried login and search product I thought the membership was not subscribed in last attempt but i found that they repeatedly deducted from my card When i try to connect with ebay they again took me to payment and charged again This is extremely dangerous website and high Financial risk is involved It is clear that the positive reviews on trust pilot are also suspicious Trust pilot should also take this scam seriously

Breaching Customer Data

The company s online chat service allows you to view people s previous chats including their bank and account details I have screenshots showing this and I have emailed other spocket customers to make them aware Apparently this is not a new thing and Spocket are aware but are doing nothing to rectify this If you want to keep your data safe do NOT use Spocket
