Rented 2mx2m space in Glen innes Was told that they was a promo 25 discount for first two months Thought i heard 220 per month and 29 Admin Fee Get back to the office and it becomes 260 per month and 39 Admin Fee A lock was included but i wasn t given an option Paid 258 40 when should have paid 245 90 When they did the calculations they said that they had added in 12 50 Insurance which i wouldn t want as i have my own Rang them and was concerned about the Red Flags i was getting Told that two people check it and that they were about to do this They said the the promo had been running for 10 days My reply was that it should have automatically set this up in their computer system Got lotsa oooohs and aaaarsss Also told that a Automatic Payment Form would be sent to me Turns out it is a Direct Debit Asked Mandy if she knew the difference Got the fob off because she didn t want to know or was evading the question Rang the next day to get another quote Not told about promo Admin Fee is 20 Getting a lock is and extra cost Went ahead with it because i was stuck for time but not happy They don t seem to have a standard process

We were advised by the Management of this facility of all the security protocols in place to keep our belongings safely secured onsite -in our opinion not one of them were followed which resulted in the devastating theft of the contents of our locker Also they have failed to update us on their investigations and have made no effort as far as we are aware to remedy the obvious flaws in their procedures processes We would not recommend using this particular location facility to anyone

Very disappointed we arrived at the site approx 5 25pm and there was no one on site to let us into our booked unit I rang and texted the Mbl number there was no answer I tried the office no number we waited around in the hope someone would come to our rescue They didn t do had to find alternative storage We had no time to waste as we were flying out that evening and left the storage for last there was no communication until the following morning very disappointing

Was great when I signed up how ever iv was asked to pay for a month I had already paid lucky I had a record and checked and called then when I gave notice I was invoiced 119 then was told I had to pay 350 I rang to sort this the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not help with my concern will never use the services here again after that she was rude and hung up on me I would not recommend using new Lynn storage king once you give notice they are very rude and unprofessional

The St Luke s facility has really gone downhill The staff on a Saturday are rude and not helpful at all

I was not being made aware that if I empty my storage I would not get a refund I received a refund last time when I hired the storage

5 stars for Botany South though When I wanted to rent a space from them Jason Mill was nothing but friendly and helpful I wish I had of stayed loyal to this store Jason really knows a lot and genuinely cares about his clients Unfortunately this review is regarding Botany North I warn all not deal with them I just rang to ask if they had a certain box available and how I could obtain it while complying with the lockdown The website doesn t mention what has been affected by the lockdown it just says to call I regret doing this as I was just abused for DARING to think I may be able to purchase a box from a storage expert I hung up quickly as I was not in the mood to be ripped apart by the man on the phone and anything I said made things worse There is no contact email and no complaints section of their website - meaning they are obviously uninterested in improving A sentiment conveyed by botany north when I mentioned the website being unclear
