The people I delt with where good and helpful But overall the price of storage was x4 higher then where I ve change to store my vehicle

Very good customer service

Very good customer service who gave me a good service on the day I book storage I gave three rate especially to Tristan O Callaghan Very nice and helpful man I prefer to my friends to Stroage king Thanks

Signing up took ages

Took ages ages to sign up using the new system Because it took ages I needed a seat but no seats for customers who have been on their feet on the go for along time Very hot up in the storage units no air conditioning Hope my stuff doesnt melt or spoil due to the heat up there Its stiffling and not pleasant to work in that

The storage unit is clean and dry

The storage unit is clean and dry It s a bit dark in there but I can use my phone torch The day I joined up the lady behind the counter was talking on the phone in another language and made no effort to acknowledge me She talked for about 5 minutes before finally finishing her phone call and serving me I was very disappointed with her behaviour However I really needed to get an storeage unit so I waited If I had any other options I would not have waited

Broken step ladder

I m happy with the storage space but the Mobil step ladder to access it is broken The brake is not stable and can snap back while you are climbing with heavy boxes and did It s obviously been broken for a while as there is a sign on the ladder warning to watch your fingers as it may snap back This represents a significant health and safety hazard Also the wheels are broken and you cannot roll it in a straight line

My Storage Experience

This storage facility is a good facility to store your belongings They have a truck and a trailer that you can use to transport your belongings and various hand trolleys to help you get your things into the storage unit The units are spacious and easy to access Most staff were easy to talk to and she was very helpful I m afraid others were not so understanding and needs to let the customer finish talking so that they will understand what the customer is trying to ask I would use this facility again because everything else I am satisfied with

Quoted Price v Actual Price

My main issue is what was quoted on the phone for the price is not what was invoiced Both the deal offering as well as the additional non-notified costs The staff member was not empowered to honour his word but had to blame the system This is not a great customer experience and left me thinking twice about using storage king again in the future Other elements were prompt and efficient smooth But this left a bad taste in the mouth
