Not great relatively misleading in most instances kind of disappointed but it does what I ve paid for even though it s a rip

My opinion is too expensive

Hi my opinion that l find too expensive compared when I was at ormiston the size was 3x2mts and cost me 170 a month

Service Is ok

Service great but not being able to leave after the close off time without paying a call out fee Is a big negative Also the storage unit costs are very higher than I think is reasonable

Great service location access etc but insufficient parking

Nice clean premises

Nice clean premises but no lighting in the actual units which makes it hard to see what you re doing Also purchased a dodgy padlock but wasn t offered a replacement Some of the staff could be a tad more helpful

We have been happy with Storage King

We have been happy with Storage King However we feel that the building we are storing our stuff in could be kept a bit more clean A good sweeping would be a big help I had to sweep out our unit before we put stuff in it

Service has been good for account setup

Service has been good for account setup etc We got stuck in the lift one evening and the out of hours emergency support team didn t know what to do I was put on hold and then disconnected after a minute Not great when you are stuck in the lift Also the lift maintenance warranty seemed to be out of date The manager dealt with the issue efficiently once we got hold of him He mentioned a credit on the account for the inconvenience but not sure this has happened or not

Dead mouse and light not working in corridor for over a week now

Customer services Was awesome Brilliant stuff Very helpful and guarding

Exit gate not closing

The last two times I visited the site in Blenheim Rd the exit gate was left open and did not shut after I left This concerns me a lot It is URGENT now
