Customer service provided by Lisa O Kane was excellent She was very helpful and processed the booking very efficiently And price of course was also a key factor

My booking experience was made so easy by sunway ie I searched for the holiday I wanted and found a suitable date Sunway looked after the rest - flights hotel insurance day trips guided tours and transportation What could have taken me hours was done in 5 minutes Excellent service

Lapland December 2024 - Pure Magic A magical experience for children and parents Our daughter had the most wonderful time Exceptionally well organized and managed and most gorgeous elves - especially Buttercup Elmo and Trixie who were so gorgeous with all the children and demonstrated so much kindness understanding and fun Accommodation at Sky Ounasvaara highly recommended
