We booked a cruise through Alice she was very detailed in the information she gave which was so good as we haven t been on a cruise before e g room location best side of the ship to be on balcony recommendation She was enthusiastic and genuinely lovely

Booked my holiday online Process very simple all the information I needed to know was on the website except hotel name which I presume I will know at a later stage Having said that holiday was booked months in advance

This was my first holiday abroad with my family of 6 Had been looking up on line but wasn t sure on a few things Rang sunway and the first representative I spoke to was Lisa and to be honest was as helpful as a brick wall I went off not really any the wiser with 3 quotes I again looked it up online and rang back again This time I spoke to Norma extremely helpful answered all questions some even before they were asked Was able to give advice Was so happy with how I was treated by Norma I booked the holiday with her there and then
