Virtually no Sunway input We should have arranged this holiday

We should have arranged this holiday ourselves as no liaison with us on holiday not even to tell us collection time at end I had to ring up Dublin to find this out no Rep called at hotel no notice board no optional trips

Was okay not the best very over rated

Was okay not the best very over rated for a 4 star hotel pictures of the pool and area were deceiving location was relatively good tho Staff were not very helpful on request of a kettle twice for sterile water to clean a surgical wound it still was not presented to the room by the check out of my stay

The hotel was changed that s not your

The hotel was changed that s not your fault but the one I was in had no paths down to the main path in to town and travelling with a 1 year old in a buggy this was hard as having to walk on the road The balcony was only a half balcony so was more dangerous then your standard balcony if that makes sense

Stranded in Bulgaria

My flight home from Bulgaria was cancelled and I tried contacting sunway all day with no reply The office then closed at 5 even though many passengers must have been affected I was eventually contacted the next day and got home the following day after I emailed sunway I was lucky I had money to stay the extra couple of days 2 stars is probably generous

Lack of knowledge of new destination

Travel Agent knew very little about Sardinia We were considering 2 hotels but he basically had no idea about either and couldn t give us any feedback Whilst I know this was a new destination from Ireland he didn t even know we could fly from Cork So overall we were not impressed

Palm hotel kusadasi needs alot off improvements

Palm hotel kusadasi is a perfect location and looks good from outside But once pass reception it s like going back to 1920s Staff have very poor English Pool looks good but not steps down just ladders off which both are loose and not very safe Corridor on floor one is dodgy and feels like carpet is holding it up Rooms are small had to have furniture removed to get around rood Not suitable for anyone with disabilities No music at bar or pool more life in a morgue WiFi only works properly at reception and not in rooms No kettles in rooms Overall needs alot off work and staff need to learn some English to deal with irish or english customers An breakfast needs to be adjusted for irish or English Hotel had a no food drink or water policy you were expected to buy water at reception or bar

not very nice cranky and felt we were an inconvience to her

the holiday rep in the golden days wings hotel which was a dump compaired to when we stayed there 10 years ago anyway the rep was cranky and giving out about the face we needed help to check in on line for the airport the following day we don t need to be listening to that on our holidays my wife felt very uncomfortable with her dealing with our problem i have heard that the hotel has now closed down

Encouraged to do online check in which was a disaster to use not user friendly at all Then the queue for baggage drop in the airport was the same queue for people checking in who hadn t checked in online so it was endless Stood for an hour to drop bagsCourier was disgraceful very unprofessional speaking about other guests in front of guests so everyone knew their business Undermined and was rude to a trainee rep at the welcome meeting The hotel bar at Golden Days Wings was very expensive constant smell of fried food throughout hotel Annoying announcements throughout the day advertising their own services Rooms a decent size but whole hotel rundown and in need of updating

Tbh I would have preferred some guidance felt rather rushed Consultant told me she was in the middle of another quote when I asked questions

They try to extort sell their travel insurance Will try another holiday company next time Buying the holiday went ok
