Booked fairly easily However I had to advise the booking agent that I was a man and not a woman as the original correspondence was addressed to Ms Jackie Scanlan This in spite of my previous several bookings with your Company

Like the ease of having bookings fights

Like the ease of having bookings fights hotel etc done by Sunway Dislike not being able to get Vic Antonio for this holiday because the food and service in Beatriz Spa and Playa was not up to the standard we expected Lanzarote as a holiday venue is always good looking forward to next year

The pre holiday experience was excellent with plenty of follow up phone calls and emails However when we arrived in Lanzarote a day late as I had been unwell and in hospital the Sunway rep was at the airport and knew I had been unwell but there Was NO transport organized for us We never saw or heard from our rep during our 6 days in Playa Blanca - disappointing

Athens Holiday

Flight was delayed for more than the announced hour going out and same for coming home Passangers took to many oversized bags on to aircraft and air hostesses and trouble getting them into overhead bins

Hotel was not a 4 star on arrival at 12 30am tried to make me share a room with a stranger then given a room with a buzzing noise outside the door drom the fuse board fringe in the room chanel room following morning overlooking the pool lovely then every night music karaoke till after 12pm v noisey as I went for a relaxing holiday

Company should investigate more about hotel All inclusive 4star very disappointed Drinks were served in very small flimsy plastic cups Alcohol was very weak oor watered down Bar shut at 11 Food very average and almost the same every day WiFi didn t work great in room Sheets to small for bed and cleaning could have been better

Our rep and elf were fantastic

Our rep and elf were fantastic Our elf on the bus was amazing with all of the children and truly made the trip for us The husky reindeer and snow mobile were far too short for the price we paid less than 5min a piece I did write to sunway about our experience and got not response which was equally disappointing I think Santa could also know the names of the children that he meets it would add to the magic of the whole thing Santa knew nothing about the children Even when you visit a Santa in Ireland you fill out a form with details in advance While he was a lovely Santa he didn t personalise the visit in anyway Travelling at that distance and paying all that money it was a little disappointing

Tara Tina Ellie Norma in the office were very professional Alas not so the Kusadasi rep Carol bordering on rude and unhelpful Esp at a time of hotel upheaval with the golden gate wings closing I thought more should have been done for those affected

Correspondance

I booked a holiday in october 2022 for June 2023 The only correspondance i received was for the balance off my holiday When i did email sunway it was a reply message asking about the flight change and the reply was she had no clue who i was Anyway the next email i put booking ref at top of page of email which should be done on sunways part I got no email before holiday to say enjoy holiday or confirmations

Lapland

Christmas Elf at the resort was excellent Elves on the plane were only ok Hotel was nice enough thought 3 days was very expensive for the price when the only activity on the 3rd day was a visit to the ice hotel We were back home at the hotel for 11am with the rest of the day to spend at your leisure I m sorry I didn t do 2 days as 2k for the extra day for what we got out of it was a lot I also didn t appreciate seeing an influencer being given a subsidised paid holiday to Lapland when she had already been before with her very young children I m sure there were more worthy beneficiaries
