Having booked with sunway I find there is no online service for boarding passes or check in of any sort Confused as to what would be the reason for this as it makes it very inconvenient to have to que for check in at the airport

Same reply to every review copy and paste At least make an effort You missed the point completely I was not told at the time of booking that it wasn t a package holiday and I explained to the agent that I was phoning so I didn t have to interrogate the website myself This should be something you mention as a matter of course as it is a major change Won t be using you again as I find this inept

Huge discrepancy between the Sunway brochure and the hotel ref types of rooms Very poor service dealing with my complaint Had to contact Sunway the morning of departure to find out airport transfer details

Booked my holiday had to make a number of calls for assistance not great phone service Don t open to the public on Saturday so if you work full time your goosed Got to the boarding gate to find out they never booked 2 of our cases as priority so couldn t board unless I paid 90 there and then Had to upgrade our boarding ourselves for the return flight Tried to call when we got home and never got a call back Wouldn t bother with them again Better off booking your own flight accommodation Lesson learned

Booked our holiday through Sunway and when we arrived at our destination no one there to greet us We had to go and find someone to help find where the location of our bus was Eventually found it and then waited nearly an hour for it to come Never saw a rep for the whole time then when we were leaving I had to ask the hotel receptionist to call to check the return time of our shuttle I don t actually know the point of booking with Sunway I could have just booked my flight and hotel myself and will be doing so in the future

I booked a holiday for myself and my sister in corallia beach apartment Cyprus from 23 rd July to 30th At 1am we were woken by a rat running across us in the bed We went to reception and spoke with the night staff and showed him photos he informed us that there was nothing he could do for us I phoned the sunway rep who was very unhelpful and asked what we expected her to do at 2am I requested that she help us but she refused and said to wait until morning I asked her what we were to do as going back into a room with a rat was not an option She told us that she wasn t going to do anything until morning I find this totally unacceptable as we have to sit in reception all night This is not what we paid almost 700 each for

I cannot recommend Pateo Village Albufeira Lights switches not operating fixtures and fittings very worn out Heavy wardrobe door fell off hinges when opened and narrowly missed my wife who was sitting on the bed Door was clearly propped up by staff knowingly and left in a dangerous state No wifi in the room 113 - if Wifi is important avoid all rooms at the far end of the complex No local acceptance of issues and Sunway staff management only provided excuses for the complex Sunway don t seem to feel the need to deliver the detailed promises in their own brochures We tried to resolve issues locally but without Sunway support local management basically ignored us and gave us the brush-off Very disappointed in the lack of Sunway support and the fact they will not live up to the their brochure representation Thanks for the brush offs which continued for the week of our holiday Great job representing Pateo Village

I booked to go to the Ambrosia hotel in Bitez The hotel was being renovated at the time I think that Sunway could have brought this to our attention we ended up in a building site for 10 days it was so disappointing after spending so much money

Booked the holiday in Tennerife with Sunway last January and paid the deposit Roll forward late July we pay for the holiday in full but didn t notice at the time they changed the booking to a sister hotel which was away outside the main tourist area and could easily pass for the set of the TV series Benidorm We have been in contact with sunway staff and management in Dublin and to say they couldn t care less is the understatement of the year

We waiting for answers about if hotel wants to return money because we don t live there Nobody don t give answers we waiting 1 week and no answers
