Not a great experience

Travelled to Turkey with my daughter for the first week of May Disappointed with the hotel as practically no entertainment in evenings apart from a kids disco one evening The hotel was quite far out from the main town of Kusadasi too The hotel rep was a disaster never bothered to let the guests in our hotel know when our pick up on departure day Everyone had to constantly check in with the hotel reception to see if they could update us Eventually we found out at 10 30pm thanks to the hotel managers persistence The rep had been ignoring his phone all day So unprofessional This would definitely deter me from booking a return trip to Turkey with Subway the TUI rep was always around our hotel in comparison

Never flying with Ryanair again

Holiday was fine but totally spoiled by the Ryanair experience They seem to go out of their way to make their customers feel as uncomfortable as possible especially on the return flight in this case where there appeared to be inevitable delays All too quick to bundle everyone onto a searing hot plane and then let them squirm without as much as a word of reassurance

Accommodation needs to be changed

I went to Sofia on Sept on an escorted tour The tour guides were very good I enjoyed seeing the city and all its attractions and meeting local people The food in the city was lovely when I organised my own food venues The organised tours were very enjoyable HOWEVER the accommodation was awful beyond description and impacted my overall experience considerably I have already emailed Subway regarding this matter so you have the details I will not repeat them here

The santa was a big let down

A once in a lifetime trip But a big disappointment with meeting Santa Expected it to be more personalised for the money we paid out The magical aspect of Santa for us as a family there was absolutely none Santa knew nothing only our names when we met him and couldn t give our little one any surprise by knowing any personal detail about her She was turning 7 so there were some questions asked and she said no more about it I just hope the magic isn t ruined for her next Christmas over it Other than this very important part of the trip we did have a great trip and experienced the snow magic we would never get in Ireland

Was what it was but not special

Staff on booking were very helpful and pleasantDocumentation received not very clearFollow up during holiday non-existentDescriptions were accurate but not wholly accurate - room with nice view - you could see the castle and old town but across a busy carpark and on a busier streetWouldn t be my first choice of company to book with again - if I did use I would be asking far more specific questions in advance

Hotel handy location

Hotel was fine handy location Laila Sunway rep was excellent Didn t feel safe outside hotel except that I had a son with us who plays rugby 6ft so he sat in the front seat of all local taxis each time we needed one during our stay Taxi collection return to airport were perfect organised by Sunway Definitely a different attitude to women there- the hotel gave my 15 year son the keys to our room and not myself or my college aged daughter So wouldn t recommend for female travellers alone - definitely requires male company and I have travelled many times to foreign countries

We were assigned a room in hotel Argana on our first night which was not acceptable It was not clean There was a bad odour in the toilet There were virtually no external views As we arrived very late we had to stay there the first night The following morning we demanded a better room The Sunways rep Allana assisted us in this regard and we were assigned a far better room On two mornings we requested early morning calls but did not get them The food in the Argana was moderate On the positive side the Sunways rep was excellent The staff in the hotel were generally very helpful

We were first booked us into the wrong

We were first booked us into the wrong room with no pool view which is what we originally booked There was no entertainment as advertised Sunway is a good company but should not be advertising hotels wrongly In no way is the tunta hotel in kusadasi a 4 star

Palm Plaza Hotel Marrekech

Palm Plaza Hotel Marrekech Poor Location 90 of shops across from hotel which were built approx 12 years ago barricaded up and not open Area tired and disrepair Service very poor in main bar area which was not busy Hotel is souless Should not be advertised as 5 Star
