Room was very outdated located at back of hotel but did get upgrade when complained also hotel is more club med as more suitable to young people as music and entertainment on by pool till late not suitable if want a relaxing holiday

Very disappointed with booking service Also had to wait half hour at Agadir airport for my car to my hotel

Didn t get value for my money on a recent holiday Didn t see half of the countries we visit And Frank macken was useless

We have stayed at the Goldenday Wings on several occasions Kathy and have raised many issues over the years bar staff scooping ice from buckets into peoples drinks using their hands after wiping sweat from their brows Chefs returning to kitchen after smoking and not washing their hands Grubby sticky carpets throughout the hotel that you personally said would be passed on to the revelant departments and nothing done Tatty bedsheets which are heavly stained that have holes and tears An animation team that bug and annoy hotel guests around the pool blowing those whistles and when they are asked to stop they blow them even louder Charging same prices as Centrum for food when their food is not at the same standard and drink and when they see guests leaving they are questioned Where are ye going What time are ye back Why dont you bring them here I have read many of the negative comments and added several more of my own over the years and never has anything ever been done about it Still untrained bar staff using dirty hands to scoop ice chefs that ignore hygiene regulations dirty grubby room furnishings Correct me if I m wrong but have Sunway rented the Goldenday Wings and are therefore overall responsible for the guest experience A lot needs to be done here to prevent the Goldenday Wings turning into another Tropicana Garden or Milissa I have over 30 years in Hotel and Bar Management and hold qualifications in many areas including Food Safety Management and Auditing HR Supervisory Management to mention a few

Sunway staff were helpful and professional especially your rep on the ground in Agadir However the Argana hotel fell well below my expectations for a 4 star hotel A substantial investment is needed to bring facilities up to standard and management of the breakfast buffet was a shambles

While most of all the holiday was great the hotel left itself down with the dinner we had one the one night Also the bar facility was a little strange we could not get a drink in the evening only in the pool area Otherwise the hotel was great lovely room very clean and nice staffThe guide was excellent very knowable and very easy to talk to also it was great that we got to see all of the island Would definitely travel with sunway again

It s about my deposit for Santa experience I can t afford to go this year as I am actually really ill and been diagnosed something that has changed my life as as if or mum amd my two young boys lives I asked Wouod you carry over my deposit of nearly 1 000 Euro a lot of money and I m a good customer of yours and send you lots of new clients for Santa three nite trips I want to go next year 2025 December instead I will be still sick but at least I can save up as can t work fulltime anymore with my illnesss I wa told quite bluntly by your company staff that no You Wouod not keep the deposit for me till 2025 Decmewber I m really upset as a single mum to loose 1 000 Euro is a lot of money I want to go back next year and give my biys one last memory to keep but you told me I will loose my deposit So this is why a 2 star I love this company and had many friend who worked with you and my brother in there 20 s amd we have a lady used you for sking and now Santa which is the most amazing magical trio ever So sadly you have made it impossible for me to do it ever again Life is about empathy and giving back to our customers when one hears of illness

Included in the price there should be a flight with luggage as nobody flies on holidays with a handbag The hotel was ok Crete was beautiful but the flight with Ryanair was a nightmare especially that I had to buy my own baggage

The sales lady emailed me a quote that wasn t exactly what I wanted She email me the quotation and asked me to email her back so that she could call me to discuss it That was on Monday and it s now Friday evening and I haven t heard or received any communication Disappointing

I felt there was very little information available about the cruise and very difficult to get any information from the staff I tried to get in touch with Holland America myself but was told by Toni our agent that we couldn t do that Overall I would not use Sunway again We were the only Irish on this cruise and that came as no surprise to me I unfortunately could not recommend them to anyone
