The company Guaranteed that if an item was purchased It would be delivered by a certain date It wasn t and they were so so rude when I emailed about it Their products are over priced and not great quality AVOID all the other bad reviews are there for a reasonThey since contacted me refunded me and apologised and explained about a huge system crash Fair play

Ordered an engraved braclet for my partner engraved with dad and his sons names and an offer was suggested for getting a braclet for a grandad - I went and added it to the basket but at no point was there an option to advise what engraving I wanted on the grandad braclet I emailed the company as soon as I paid for my order to explain what engraving I wanted and they responded the next day saying that they had engraved the grandad braclet with the same text as the father braclet They advised the order was on its way to me so they couldn t do anything about the issue I let them know I would be leaving a negative review and advising others of this experience in the hope they would apologize or respond but they have not replied Just wanted to let others know that this will occur if they add an item to their order so they can be aware of this flaw I now have a braclet that cannot be gifted and will have to go in the bin sadly

They don t deserve 1 star I was supposed to receive my item 2 weeks ago according to their stated delivery times Still haven t received it They ve taken my money and they re ignoring my emails Time wasters and thieves

Like a lot of reviews on here one of my issues is lack of response with emails My main complaint is that they charged me 3 95 for delivery which is a tracked insured service When the package arrived through the letterbox the Royal Mail label said it was a 99p large letter I ve asked why it was sent this way and not the way I d paid for - their response was to simply tell me it s Royal Mails fault and take it up with them I politely said that s impossible as the sender is the one who books the service packages and labels I ve had no response back like many others and out of principle will be requesting the cost difference back from the credit card company Beware of this company as they want your money but are unwilling to assist if it goes wrong

Purchased multiple items from this company in the past items have always been beautiful and always believed it was such great value for your money Sadly the last item I brought I never received the fairies must have took it after weeks of emails I m still yet to receive any helpful response As it stands they are refusing to refund me and refusing to send the item in my opinion thief s I feel incredibly disappointed that the item purchased would have been so sentimental to the recipient giving his medical illness just a real shame Avoid at all costs I wouldn t wish the stress anger and sadness this company have made me feel on anyone

Shocking company Christmas gifts ordered 15th December with a 3-5 day delivery time 28th of December I still haven t received them of course meaning I didn t have gifts to give grandparents No refund no response to my emails Definitely a scam company Avoid

Purchased an item for birthday gift before Christmas saying I d recieve by end of December I didn t Contacted them got agnored this was about January 8th so therefore took it up with PayPal I sent a second email got a reply saying it was listed for the wrong price so never sent it out Never botherd to contact me about it as tbh I wouldn t of cared paying the extra as it was 3 difference No apology just I can reorder bearing in mind I needed it for a birthday in three days time Would not recommend or be using again Very poor customer service and service in general

If I could give 0 stars I would I have opened a dispute with PayPal because my order that was guaranteed at the time to arrive for Valentine s Day still has not turned up and the company will not respond to any emails and will not provide a tracking number I am not sure whether this is a scam company or whether it is a legitimate company but either way please take note of the reviews and spend your hard-earned cash with a more reputable company rather than this one who loves to take your money yet does not send your goods
