I m a super mug for shopping here No choice for delivery have to pay for 1st class Don t want nor need first class Prices are not cheap Unfortunatly family members have already bought from here and i wanted matching for a present

I ordered 2 extra name tags for existing personalized keyrings and was delighted with them The delivery was exceptionally fast and I have no complaints at all about the ordering process My only gripe is the cost of postage for a very small parcel but overall an excellent service

To be fair order arrived 3 days after placing it and in good time for Christmas however it was the wrong item and trying to contact them for a resolution is proving more than difficult at present edit not one but two replacements eventually arrived good quality items I would recommend and have added a fourth star
