Absolutely useless service going through fraud department

Ordered for mothers day with a week to deliver no delivery or communication Refund requested via PayPal Avoid

Shambles of a company Not sure if it s even legitimate Don t buy anything from them because you won t receive it or a refund

Placed an order over 7 days ago no communication first class delivery Doesn t respond to emails Will be contacting bank to reverse payment Avoid

Ordered a mug 1 month ago Have not received it Received automatic email responses Not happy

Please don t use not only did they tell me that my order was late and needed more time they then a few days later insisted it had been delivered by royal mail and if not delivered to my house then to a neighbour as my item was a rather expensive key ring which would have easily have fitted in the mail box plus iv been here for deliveries I beg to differ and this is a scam site

Don t even waste your time ordering through this so called company I would say rather an absolute scam sight taking your money No customer service can t speak to anyone as per usual and order has never been received what an absolute waste of time and MONEY

Have tried for 2 days to order a mug they advertise and website will NOT let me even put it in basket so WHY advertise it

I order the package and then received an email say because I had ordered a key ring it would arrive in 3 day it took five days to arrive

I love your products I really do They are so unique and treasure bless to all that receive On this instance I m waiting nearly 3 weeks for the delivery and my mums birthday has been and gone What was initially a fast speedy service with the initial delivery hasnt been anything even remotely resembling even amicable customer service Not only is the tracking feature completely disabled but I have not had any delivery since the initial purchase which has been 3 weeks I m heartbroken and I would ask for a refund at this point if it wasn t a perfect gift for my mum Imagine that s your mum Now imagine how much of a piece of rubbish you would feel right now Excuse my language For the first time since I can remember she hasn t got a gift off me on her birthday for the first time in 15 years I m appalled embarrassed and quite frankly angry beyond belief After a speedy ish delivery last time I thought this would be perfectInstead I m left more than disappointed at the fact the product I ordered hasn t arrived Please please update me ASAP Regards Arron goodband
