I have an account with them and in just 3 weeks it has been blocked without any communication from their side no request for information or information about the procedure timeline no justification absolutely nothing I have no answers to my questions so I find myself with blocked funds and unable to do anything

Worst bank ever Complete disaster with a business account Not a single transaction is executed properly When you receive payments from customers you have to prove why they paid you When you pay a supplier the transaction takes days and after days of emailing you get a request to prove the transaction What a worthless bank this is Accessibility is absolutely terrible If you send an email in the morning you only get a response at the end of the day or not at all I deeply regret ever choosing this bank

I have received excellent service from Swan s customer support team The issue I was having was getting Google s 2FA to work on my older mobile phone The issue was resolved with their help and all replies to my help for assistance was answered within 24 hours Compared to the support given by Coinbase these guys are fantastic Anyone reading this should avoid doing business with Coinbase I cannot speak to the negative comments made here on Trustpilot about withdrawing assets off Swan s platform because I am still waiting for the unlock time to reach expiration If this problem of removing assets off their platform was pervasive I would guess that their would be a lot more people leaving negative ratings I think these are just isolated cases
