UNRELIABLE terrible online portal slow customer service
A bank that pretends to be the pioneer in digital online banking in Switzerland while their online portal is one of the lamest I have seen in a career of more than 30 years The online banking portal is unfriendly and it crashes way too often As a user I can t copy a previous transaction international payment and complete it I repeat the transaction 3 times and it crashes 3 out of 3 Search of previous transactions is very very limited and if you want to search old transactions you have to manually calculate how many days between two dates to search within the allowed interval of time And if you can t find yourself proof of transactions because of the lame interface you have to pay Credit Suisse staff 185 CHF HOUR to help you search for your documents is this still called customer service or is now customer sales Customer Service at Credit Suisse is snail slow Everything takes many days to many weeks We have paid a freelancer in Pakistan 500 CHF which the freelancer never received Credit Suisse could not help us and we have just lost the 500 CHF

Their quality of customer service is very low they opened my account but they lost the papers that I have done so after two weeks of me trying to send thousands of chf on it and receiving them back as failed transactions after 3 working days I finally decided to call them and they told me that they made a mistake and I have to go back to the bank It s the first time that I open a bank account and it is not possible to put money on it that s the basic Now I understood why they went bankrupt if all their employees are like this At least I am happy that I am not going to start a nightmare journey with them They lost 100k chf per year as fixed income from me not counting investments and so on

Very dissapointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service and their application is not that good It duplicated an investment in my pension and had debit balance for days no matter how many times I called they are taking forever to fix it They dont call back when they tell you they will and always the same answer tomorrow will be fixed maybe Unacceptable
