My daughter broke an iPad on a recent trip and on returning home when I phoned the number it put me through to Taurus who directed me to fill in the claim online Reading the reviews here made me nervous that I d ever see my money again I m here to tell you it was fine I filled in all the details required on the form and the claim was approved without any issue Subsequently they said this had been a mistake and I needed to provide a boarding pass although there s nowhere on the form to do this but having done so the claim was once again approved I called them about this last thing as I had already taken the device for repair and spoke to someone in a relatively short time with no issues resolving They directed me to take the iPad to my nearest Apple store and pay for the repair and they would reimburse Made my claim on the 16th and the money is back in my account today the 27th So for those reading all the negative reviews just a bit of balance
