Had a great experience through this company I have taken insurance through sainsbury s for years and never had to make a claim until I dropped my phone abroad in a recent trip I emailed them when the incident happened and had an email back from them by the time I returned advising which documents I needed I collected all of the documents and once they had everything my claim was approved so I booked the repair in for the following week the whole process took 2 weeks this included full repair of the phone and reimbursement for the costs First time I ve ever claimed on insurance and was looked after very well

Highly recommended if you have many contracts for your family one of my phones accidentally dropped by my son and they replace it straight away No phone calls just online claim 50 pounds excess and they will give brand new phones Thank you

Fantastic bunch and great value

Fantastic bunch and great value Angela and her Merry bunch are patient and efficient stars They guided me through despite being a techno dunce and making several calls over an afternoon Can t sing their praises enough BE PATIENT MAKING CLAIM AS THEY ASK FOR A LOT OF INFO but this is to avoid fraud and NOT to be awkward Ultimately we all benefit premium wise with the fastidious way they process claims Listen to them carefully and make notes as claiming HAS to be thorough I would also advise using a back up phone to avoid frustration whilst waiting for things to be processed A great experience with them all and a HUGE THANK YOU TO ANGELA for being so ace and having a professional laugh whilst maintaining a great sense of humour I was also amazed how quick they are to answer phones and deal with customers during COVID Will definitely stick with them as totally fab group of folks X

DEalt with claim quickly ad paid out - after leaving negative rerview

-----UPDATE----They actually accepted all my docs and paid out in a timely manner i now have a repaired dell laptop and im incredibly happy In the interests of sincerity though I dont think i would have got this level of service without leaving the negative review things moved very quicly after that Regardless thank you for dealing with my cliam same negative experience as everyone else took out insurance with holidayextras and turns out taurus are the underwriters for the gadget component of the policy No expectation that they will pay out after the 2 day windows is missed daily and each day they say i will be contacted today today never comes Its been 2 weeks with a broken laptop so i might have to pay for repair myself or buy another laptop Will await their actual decision and update my review accordingly but at this rate its probably off to ombusdman or file a claim in court against them doesn t help they are based in Gibralter

Couldn t think of anything more I could want from an insurance company Everything is completed as expect While it is a littleMore expensive than other companies still wouldn t look elsewhere

Brilliant and reliable insurance

Brilliant and reliable insurance Was very patient throughout the whole COVID-19 as I couldn t get my phone repaired in the time you usually get for the claim to be successful They answered all of my questions I had straight away Fabulous communication will defiantly use again

Supprisingly great easy experience with an insurer

Recently had a complicated claim with this insurance due to water damage found as a secondary issue Usually I have really bad luck with insurers but this company was great to work with Will reccomend them to anyone

Lost my phone whilst in transit from Dubai to Uk filled in claim form provided all the documents they asked for spoke to Lucas in claims who was really helpful and he got my claim approved and replacement sorted

Very fast and satisfactory service

Very fast and satisfactory service was issued a replacement phone due to cracked screen and back glass Took six days to receive new phone from day of claim due to claim being fast tracked Very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend

5 Stars for Ange

I got chance to call today on my day off to try and finalise a claim I had started a few weeks ago spoke to Ange who was fantastic and approved my claim quickly so that I can now arrange a repair with Samsung This being said while Ange was great and I received a quick resolution today I have found the online claim process slow and frustrating To call to speak to someone it must be between 9 00 - 5 30 Monday to Friday and closed at weekends I am sure the claim process can be improved or to have the option of speaking to an advisor into the early evening
