Flowers arrived when stated however

Flowers arrived when stated however they were not like the photo showed and not nearly as many as shown for a medium sized bouquet The flowers themselves were lovely but again not what I expected I had paid for

Overall not impressed looking at the last 24h reviews it is quite obvious they re not prepared to handle this volume of orders and if that s the case you shouldn t do it as it is costing you your reputation My wife did get the bouquet in time and that s why I m giving 3 stars But like everyone else said previously the quality of the flowers was very poor and they won t last 2 days The size of the bouquet was very different smaller from what is pictured and so was the size of the tiny and I mean tiny chocolate box

There is no tracking service available

There is no tracking service available with the flower deliveries In my own case the flowers were delivered to an ill friend at 7 25am which was earlier than I would have chosen Also I picked next day delivery but after paying with my card it then informed me it would be Thursday for delivery 2 days later Then the delivery occurred on Wednesday so not very accurate It wasnt straight forward to contact customer services about this so I just left it Also the pricing is not that transparent and I ended up paying more than I originally intended

Plenty of notice

Be aware that you need to give plenty of time for when you want flowers delivering at least 2 - 3 days prior to birthdays etc My daughters birthday flowers were ordered on Friday for Monday delivery they were delivered a day late The flowers were nice though

Delivery time was my problem

The person I bought the flowers for loved them I personally haven t seen them but she said they were gorgeous which is is good enough for me The delivery was just too early 7 30am no wonder he didn t ring the doorbell but delivery at an appropriate time where someone can actually receive the delivery and not walking to get a newspaper and finding something on the doorstep anything could have happened

The flowers arrived on time However when they were placed in a vase they looked distinctly underwhelming There was no showstopper I know in a few days they will be in full bloom but it looked like something you d pick up anywhere not quite the beautiful bouquet I had seen online

I ordered flowers for my mam who had just come out of hospital and when they arrived they were nothing like in the picture I had paid 35 for them and what I got was not even worth 10 I emailed their customer service to complain and they were very apologetic about what happened and they sent out a replacement bunch of flowers to my mam which I was glad about

The arrangement isn t nearly as full as the picture I ordered from going by the picture she of them sent me They re still in good condition and pretty my sister in law said but as I said not nearly as nice and full as the picture I ordered from I only wish I could put the picture of what I ordered vs what she got and no sign of chocolates
