I paid for Saturday delivery but they

I paid for Saturday delivery but they didn t however deliver till Monday However the customer services were very efficient in offering to refund the Saturday delivery fee They also didn t deliver the free chocolates either I will try another florist company before using this company again The best bit was the customer service Disappointed

No option to edit or add message

When I had entered my info including card details I had not noticed the tab to click on to add a message to the card for the bouquet As I hit confirm I suddenly noticed this tab but the order had already been placed and there was no option to edit or go back and make an amendment I emailed the customer service team immediately to see if I could change this it was a Sunday so I didn t expect a response that day but on Monday I only got a reply at 12 30pm telling me it was too late to do this I would like it if before the order is confirmed there was a reminder of some sort asking if you are sure you don t want to add a message as this would have solved my issue You can edit your order on websites like Moonpig a certain amount of time after placing your order so I don t see why this couldn t be an option here too

Check what you wish is actually deliverable

Unfortunately the company provided a very nice bouquet but not the one originally ordered Communication was frequent However the courier delivery worked well and both the flowers and the chocs were a nice surprise

Delivery was excellent I received a photo of the flowers from the recipient and they looked nothing like the picture on website They didn t look value for t he money I paid

The flowers died quite quickly within 3 days No sachet for flower food was given either Not great really for an expensive bouquet of flowers

Flowers arrived on time and were lovely though i selected bouquet free chocolates the receiver only received a single chocolate bar i found this misleading had expected a box of chocolates

Flowers were not great A lot of greenery in bouquet It was a gift for my daughter s 1st wedding anniversary and when she sent me a photo I couldn t believe how little flowers were in it

I only give stars because the poor

I only give 3 stars because the poor delivery experience DPD delivered the flowers in the wrong address and not even ring to inform that they are looking for you to deliver your flowers

I was disappointed in the picture my friend sent of the flowers They didnt look as good as those I ordered I appreciated that they were unable to be delivered on Mon but were successfully delivered on Thu Thnx

Flowers lovely Bad delivery service

The flowers and presentation were lovely However I wrote a message to be sent with them but this was not sent with the delivery Also the delivery said that it was signed by the recipient and even had her name on the delivery receipt But the flowers were just left outside the door I had requested that you call me if there were any issues with deliver but this didn t happen either Flowers nice But very unhappy with the delivery
