Unfortunately have to give 1 star as no option for none recieved flowers from my son for mother s Day and they were days late arriving they were horrendous looking as dry as anything Aldi were selling better for less

Avoid this website completely They charge an arm and a leg for a pathetic miserable bunch of flowers They look absolutely nothing like the photos online way less flowers than advertised and they are already starting to wilt only after receiving them 48 hours ago Also they do not deliver on your chosen date Avoid this website and go to your local supermarket for nicer fresher flowers and a quarter of the price

Shocking and very poor customer service

Very poor experience They dropped off the flowers at the office of my apartment without texting despite having the number No one knew whom they were for When I received them they were withered and the three chocolates did not make the experience any better I felt really sorry for the person who had spent their money on them I also felt angry that this cowboy outfit could not be contacted at Lime Tree Road Nass County Kildare Do not give this awful company your business Dreadful service dreadful customer service and withered as the flowers were it was clear they were nothing like what was advertised

Terrible serviceBouquet was thrown on the porch delivery was late I ordered a large bouquet - which had 7 flowers in total which were damaged during delivery This was purchased for a very special occasion and I was completely let down by the service They did not offer a refund but offered to reschedule the delivery 10 10 would not recommend to a friend

The flowers looked squashed No glow not fresh

The flowers looked squashed I ordered golden glow but there is NO glow at all looking at those flowers It was supposed to be for a happy occasion for a 50th birthday yet the flowers have ruined it I will never order again thru this website

Terrible quality Chose the large bouquet and the flowers that were delivered were wilting brown and nowhere near the quality or size in the pictures on the website

My order was for 12 roses I got 7 roses plus other crap My order was to be delivered on 10-02-2024 it didn t arrive on Saturday 10th Yesterday Monday I diverted the DPD delivery as it is approx an hour each way for me to collect from the original destination and today Tuesday I collected my order at a nearby DPD Pick-up Point The condition of the bouquet was disheveled to put it mildly I sent two emails and filled in their Feedback form but got no response at any time I will not deal with then again unless they respond

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Ordered a bouquet for my friend to cheer her up as she recently lost her mum What arrived was a total disgrace nothing like the photo advertised it was a mockery of a bouquet limp flowers broken stems broken flower heads Contacted eflorist immediately requesting refund and replacement to only be offered replacement OR refund and apology for the inconvenience This wasn t an inconvenience it was a travesty of service causing disappointment and embarrassment I sent photos which I wish I could share here Use eflorist at your peril

Will never order from them again

Will never order from them again If you want surprise someone you love go to lidl get few bouquets and it will look much nicer and fresher than from this company Discussing old small bouquets flowers Would never recommend to anyone Now I have to go and get flowers again after paying 40 eur already Scam Not company for flowers
