We came here for a Mother s Day lunch The food was first class I found dust on the shelf next to meThe toilet was dirty and there were cobwebs in the corner of the toilet

Went to the TGIs on Buchanan Street Glasgow with my sister for a meal I have a food allergy mushroom and have to be careful I advised the waitress who said that as it s not in the top 22 allergens or something I might not be able to eat She checked with her manager who said that as it wasn t on the list they couldn t confirm that I wouldn t be exposed simple since it s all fresh don t add it and don t cook it where mushrooms have been cooked Luckily I m not anaphylactic or I would have been screwed We ordered the food was nice and the drinks were lovely then asked for the bill When it came to paying we paid cash as Scottish money is difficult to use in England and the waitress had the nerve to ask us if we wanted our change I had to ask her twice to make sure I heard her I was under the impression that in the UK a tip was at the discretion of the customer and at any rate asking if we wanted 9 of change is a bit rich It did put a bit of a bad taste in our mouths as we were planning on giving her a couple of pounds not 9

Waitress Gemma at lakeside was lovely very friendly and worked hardFood was ok but much smaller than last year and chips with bacon cheese tiny and slaw comes in the smallest pot possible Very expensive for what you get Waiters and waitresses work very hard

We have just been to tgi Friday Basildon Firstly the staff were lovely but when we arrived there was no one at the entrance to check out booking etc We waiting behind the main restaurant door for a while for one member of staff to come out Then table was being cleaned but to be honest it wasn t a full restaurant We were told to go to the bar and order drinks while we wait For a can normal size was 4 40 couldn t believe the cost of it Especially a normally can that you buy from a shop for 1 50 to 2 pounds Then when we sat down Looked at the menu I couldn t believe how much it had gone up To be honest I hadn t been for a while but at least they were doing kids eat for free Also I would say the the kids meals were excellent porition size and the price was really good if you were to buy it Not sure if we would go again Due to adult sizes and cost

Lovely food and lovely staff in the Bournemouth TGI Fridays Bournemouth however only reason why it isn t a 5 star is because I asked for no mushroom in my burger and I still received a mushroom Portion sizes are very good and very filling

On entering the restaurant for my grandsons 6 th birthday we were met with rude customer service which only got worse once entering the bar and ordering drinks that are not too standard and half a glass We asked them to be changed and the bartender was rude and she practically threw the drinks across the bar but to my dismay they weren t nice either I asked to speak to a manager he was amazing dealt with all our issues Made sure the drinks came to standard seated as made sure we got the right service He was fantastic and made our experience a completely different one from when we walked through the door as I was ready for leaving the restaurant after service up until the point he was involved His name was Louis definitely a grate member of staff

Visited for my husband s birthday The staff were very pleasant The food was really nice I ve only given 4 stars as the table wasn t cleaned properly before we sat down and there was food on the floor

We recently visited TGI Fridays Southampton Retail Park in Southampton to eat a meal The young man with the beard and the fashionable haircut Alec was very kind to me and my family My sister has special needs to which Alec was very understanding and accommodating throughout There was some confusion when it came to how we d like our steaks cooked I requested they be cooked with a griddle pan by a chef who has a strong culinary background and plenty of experience in the industry but it became evident Alec was referring to the level of which we d like them cooked A simple misunderstanding but again Alec was kind and accommodating The staff made a beautiful balloon crown for the birthday boy and provided a small candle on top of his honeycomb sundae to make our celebration even more special Thank you Alec and the TGI Fridays team I d give five and a half stars if I could

We were a table of 5 at Bournemouth and our server was Georgia we were celebrating my daughter s 19th Birthday it s where she wanted to go My daughter has an allergy and did not want any singing Georgia was very attentive and made it special for her without making too much fuss which was most appreciated The food and drinks were expensive but everywhere has had to put their costs up and as it was a special occasion and we had some discounts with the app it was manageable We all had burgers and they were all presented nicely mine could have been hotter i had the vegan burger We all had a nice time celebrating though so thank you

Went to tgi Fridays in High Wycombe for my daughter s 5th birthday and couldn t have asked for any better On arrival they gave her a badge sat us at the table and brought over some balloons Ordered food and they were happy to cater for my gluten free which is hard for me to find so this was lovely They then bring my daughter a balloon crown for her to wear which made her smile Ordered pudding not a huge selection for gluten free but the waitress Katie went to the kitchen and enquired about a gluten free sundae they went above and beyond to make me a pudding I could eat My daughter wanted ice cream for pudding in which we brought her and whilst eating this pudding they unexpectedly also brought over cake for her and sang happy birthday she was over the moon and they made her day so special honestly was an amazing experience all round Massive shout-out to Katie as she made the whole meal out so special and went above and beyond for us all
