it s all ready snapped

I m gutted it s all ready snapped it s very thin lovely colour gold I wore it with another necklace of the same size and it snapped there was no need for it do that there was nothing on the chains it didn t snap and the fastener it snapped in the middle of the chain and yes I did have a few tears because I thought it would last longer than a week do not wear this with other chains even if they are both thin like this one it will snap and I leave you upset

Although the bracelet looks nice and appears to be a decent size in the photos I was actually very surprised at how small and skimpy it looked in person I couldn t see it before I handed it over as a Xmas gift because I had it gift wrapped but the overall revealing of it on Xmas day was underwhelming To say the least and it didn t look like the person was that impressed with it either and neither was I however they didn t want to say anything but I could tell so yeah I wasn t that pleased about that but by then it was too late I wouldn t buy another I feel like the photos on website are misleading if had had more time I would of sent it back for a better 1

Item supposed to be delivered christmas eve didn t arrive until 27th December Not much good as a christmas present

Watch is everything I wanted beautiful piece However state that arrive no protection labels brand tag undone from watch and flying loose around box and finger prints all over my new watch Ex display unit Return from customer Don t know but will not buy from T H Baker ever again

Information wasn t very good not knowing when order would arrive one item never turned up at all When order did arrive I was pleased with them not sure if I would order again

Appalling Gift Wrapping

Ordered a ring online no problem there however I paid an extra 4 95 for gift wrapping this was absolutely appalling A piece of white paper cut crooked and a pink bow not even sealed correctly There was also an option of a typed personal message which didn t arrive Due to the ridiculous gift wrapping I opened the ring and it s nice I have no issue with that however if you re going to offer a service i e gift wrapping at 4 95 at least make an effort

The ring when I expanded it to make it fit my finger the part which you pull to expand it came out causing it to bend and make a sharp edge

To be honest the service from the Baker

To be honest the service from the Baker was great Unfortunately my goods came after my partners birthday and damaged box and wrapping that I had paid for It was probably royal mail fault The earrings were OK inside But birthday gift lost it s meaning when outer case and wrapping paid for was damaged

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery securely packaged downside no instruction manual and trying to decipher the alpha numerals on the back of the wristwatch case beat my admittedly ageing eyes AND a magnifying glass The good news is that six days after receipt the watch is keeping perfect time It s a modestly priced Citizen Eco-serve Long may it continue
