Absolutley appalling there Price Match terms and conditions are an absolute joke Especially when your talking over 90 00 price difference for the very same excact watch elsewhere in the UK T H Bakers very own Customer Services don t even know there own Price Match policies I was promised a call back today over 4 5 hours ago and Yes I m still waiting and Yes still No call back from them Also trying to get through to T H Bakers Customer Services well you ve got more chance of winning the National Lottery Jackpot than actually get through and talk to somebody And the final nail in the coffin it Now states Price Match on the actual watch I ve just purchased from them How very very convenient T H Bakers are the absolute Cowboys of the Jewellery trade I ve purchased Rolex Tudor Tag Heuer Pannerai and Omega to name a few in the past from several other well known Jewellers and I ve never ever had an issue like I have with T H Baker From A VERY VERY UNHAPPY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER 0 10 Very Very Poor

Wrong bracelet sent with order details from the Jewel Hut not THBaker - this is a fake site beware I can t believe the real TH Baker would send me an item from the Jewel Hut for a start

The wrong length chain was sent there appeared to be a fault on the chain which was very disappointing for my partner as it was to be her Christmas Present

I was delivered what was obviously a used watch with a badly damaged box and scrapes on the watch strap I am waiting to hear back from T H Baker

I had ordered a piece of jewellery from TH baker to the value of 110 AUD Being in Australia it cost a pretty penny to get it here Unfortunately it arrived with a manufacturing defect I had contacted customer support and they were great sending me a link to ship it back for replacement Unfortunately it didn t work as I m over seas and now they are not replying to certain emails and sending back short rude emails I m sure the I store experience is great but online buyer beware

Still haven t received ring which was ment to be engagement ring for Christmas day sent emails to try and find it one said will be delivered on 24th then after when didn t arrive just sent contact number of dpd which dpd couldn t help cause I wasn t the sender so now I m waiting on a response from factory to see what s happening i apreachite it s the holidays but not a good experience at all

I bought online brand new Rado watch costing around 3K and recieved used looking watch with some scratches at the back and on the straps Was very difficult to contact the customer services to report problem with the item Managed to retun the watch back for refund Spent at least 2 days to speak to the customer services when got hold of the customer services team instead listening my feedback about the watch and updating me about the refund I was told to wait for 7 days before they can tell me anything about the watch and comfirm if they have even received it Poor customer services in my experience very bad experience of watch buying online with this company

Unfortunately my experience was not good I purchased a Montblanc watch and it arrived loose in the box not secured on the cushion designed for it It also came with a tag from a different watch the inner box was dirty and damaged among other issues At first the customer service was quick but after I returned the watch for an exchange the communication has been very poor I am still waiting for the watch and I missed the Christmas timeline In theory my watch should arrive within 7 business days and 3 have already passed I hope to receive it by the end of next week There has been little explanation no proactive contact providing proper updates and only brief unhelpful responses Overall this has been a very frustrating experience

I have ordered a pear shaped diamond ring and the diamond fell out I took it to another jeweller that told me it wasn t worth replacing the stone as the gold holding the diamonds was brittle I had only had it a few weeks so I contacted TH Baker and they sent me a replacement and the same thing happened again All my other diamond rings are fine from other stores Paid 600 00 Not much ro some people but to me it is I ve not bothered contacting them again as they made it clear they were only replacing the ring as a good will gesture I ve learned my lesson They are cheap for a reason Wouldn t buy their jewellery again

order hasn t arrived and i ve contacted to say that it hasn t arrived as they have said it s been delivered and haven t answered any attempts at contact i ve made
