Great experience

Unfortunately there was a discrepancy with the colour advertised and the actual colour of the goods arriving That said firstly the delivery was super fast the sales assistant on the phone was super helpful even in amongst the Xmas rush even staying on the phone and taking me thru the process to print the returns label and a full refund was given immediately Eleven out of ten for customer service very impressed even though I didn t end up purchasing from them

The company were very good prompt and good communication However I was a little upset to see the same ring in a local shop 50 cheaper

Beautiful necklace and perfectly gift wrapped I had read comments that it looks smaller in real life than the image on line and I would agree with that However it suited the person I bought the present for perfectly and they loved it

Just as described but I paid the extra for next day delivery and the item didn t arrive until the day after The postage was refunded but it was a bit frustrating Also the packaging was excessive - a 30cm cube box for a single chain

We got a family gift for our brother

We got a family gift for our brother turning 50 TH Baker were great I will buy for them again I m being a bit mean I only gave 4 stars because they use DPD as a courier DPD did one of their sorry we missed you if you ve had experience with DPD you know what I mean when they clearly did a no show This meant that we almost missed the date time planned to give the gift Once they change courier tH Baker will be an absolute delight to deal with

Great Price for Montblanc Ink

The price was as good as I could find and delivery prompt Round paper seal label on the box was undone and does not hold down Sticky patch where another small rectangular - price label has been removed Intended as a Christmas gift therefore surprised and slightly disappointed

TH Baker are a great jeweler

TH Baker are a great jeweler Very quick turnaround from order to delivery with email notification at every step Only downside is that one of the items I looked at which was a locket did not have the dimensions weight of gold or if it was suitable for two photos in the description I did purchase the locket and as with everything online you never know until you see it As it was a gift and over the Christmas period I decided to keep it but was slightly disappointed with the purchase I think more details should be included on items on the TH website

Locket going service could ve been better

Locket was delivered quickly and good qualityHowever the chain had knots in and the suggestion was to return it which I decided would be too expensive I advised I would try and sort it myself and get back in touch if when I had sorted it which with a lot of time I didNo further response from them As this was an expensive purchase I was disappointed that this was necessary and no response once I advised I had resolved it myself

I was looking for a 16 inch gold chain Came across a gold chain that was reasonably priced and fitted the bill It was a used gold chain so was a bit apprehensive Decided to buy it anyway Received it within a few days of placing my order It was exactly the type of gold chain I wanted Very happy with chain and service Would not hesitate to buy again from this company
