First class service I bought a beautiful eternity ring for my wife TH Baker kept me informed of the progress of the ring being resized then a call to let me know it had been sent and would be delivered the next day The ring fits perfectly and looks even better than the online pictures Extremely satisfied thank you

I made an order for a nomination bracelet and purchased a charm with it as I was forced to buy one if I wanted to buy a bracelet This was clearly a moneymaking scam as the charm did not arrive when the bracelet did in the post
