Poor service tasteless food
Booked lunch with the friends at Hutong on Saturday Were seated facing the other side of London with no attractions visible and there was no option to choose where you wanted to be seated The service was poor the waitress could not even answer our questions about the menu which made our experience very miserable The bill came with 35 service charge for literally no service Ridiculous The food was very pricey which I would have no issue with if we would at least enjoy it However we all felt very heavy after eating at Hutong ended up with heartburn feeling that we overate some oily food My crab was just disgusting - oversalted and extra spicy plus very oily I will never visit this place again as it s a complete rip off for such a tasteless oily food that leaves you sick

Took my wife at the Oblix restaurant as
I really hate writing bad reviews but I need to do this I took my wife at the Oblix restaurant as a celebration for our anniversary First of all it s not FINE DINNING they re only trying to imitate that Service was ok food was great view as we had a table window amazing But when food came a dish pork loin had a hair on top Dish was replaced but I had to wait 20 minutes by that time we already ate the other dishes The dish was not removed from the bill and we didn t get any sincere apologies from a manager It s really disappointing obviously I would never came back

Very disappointed in the aqua restaurant We were over charge for drinks we never had The food was not good at all My steak was covered in way to much salt the Service was extremely poor What should of been a family special day out was ruined and very expensive for such a poor service reservation number 7T6BC9FR

Regret the experience
Poor food unbalanced and poorly thought out menu and dishes For example the bread doesn t go with the food - far too sweet brioche with savoury Meals that you don t feel good after eating food is too sweet poor service no paper menu so you spend ages staring at the phone and navigating the poor and overly complicated website expensive cannot recommend this place for the food or the cocktails - they are 19 about 23 with service I am a very occasional drinker and after drinking a cocktail containing 3 types of spirit I felt nothing I always feel the effects of alcohol even half a glass of wine but not with the shard cocktail Just go there for a coffee - that was good and enjoy the spectacular view

Theft
I booked tickets and received confirmation but it stated the transaction was not successful so I rang customer services to check and was assured I had not booked and my money had not been taken A day later I re booked to find my money was taken twice Took me over a week to receive refund which was taken from me by the shards glitch on system so technically they stole from me and I had to wait on refund through no fault of my own Tainted my opinion before I ve visited and I would prefer not to go now if it was only easy to get a refund which it is unfortunately not Disgusted by it

Paid up but for nothing
We booked and paid for vouchers for the tasting and wine pairing menu as a birthday present to ourselves last October 6 months on we re still being told that there isn t a tasting menu in place in book a date for The call handlers who take our calls have no idea when we ll be able to book for It s outrageous that they take your money and a lot of it and don t offer what they re promoting
