Put a order in on 27th March still not received the order They ve said theu dispatched with my hermes but keeping getting the same message from my hermes saying they are waiting to recieve the order Now the book people have closed there phone lines so can t contact them

Ordered the 3rd March email received on 27th May saying my item has been dispatched after contacting them between these dates via Instagram when they were still taking orders and emailing normally with no replies No trace of item actually being dispatched even with delays items should have arrived by now 14 weeks after I ordered Even if I was offered a refund that would be fine not good enough to take people s money without contact

I placed 2 orders back in the middle of February delivery stated 4 weeks So far I have received one item I totally understand delays due to covid etc but please give us the option of cancellation Your website now says 7 weeks as many of the items were for birthday presents that are now imminent I no longer need the order but do need the money

To be honest

To be honest they don t even warrant one star My order was placed on 11th March money taken and order confirmed That was 3 months ago and despite several emails and attempted phone calls I have had no response It was advertised as a closing down sale however it has been a complete rip-off I am considering further action

So glad paid with PayPal as terrible service

Have ordered from them for last few years with no problems but placed order early March and didn t hear anything and no reply to emails luckily paid by PayPal so opened a case with them and they got me a Refund Book people then emailed me after nothing for 3 months saying my order is now cancelled as they were made to pay me a refund

Escalate to Paypal if you can

We ordered begining of March 37 mainly educational books for daughter Tried contacting them on 8 seperate ocassions with no reply or return call I raised a case on paypal and they finally responded Order was dispatched and delivered 1 week later I am convinced they only dispatched because of the paypal case They updated the shipping information as if it had been sent straight away Always been a loyal customer shame how bad the service has become

Rip off whilst under administration

Ordered 19 March not being aware they were in administration Disgusting that this was not highlighted on their site during the order process Over 2 months 3 emails later still no books or communications Typical administrators still ripping people off when the doors should be shut At least we only lose 25 But not everyone can afford that

Very bad experience recently

Very bad experience recently Bought roughly 50 pounds book and CDs at the end of March After 7 weeks which their estimate processing time passed still not receive any parcel or updated messages 17th June got an email saying part of the books had been dispatched and others will be refund Until now neither parcel nor refund has been received And no one there answering the call

March order not received or refunded

Like many others I ordered back in March My 5 day delivery turned into a 7 week one which I then kept getting told would be delayed a little longer but would be fulfilled Eventually one book out of nearly twenty arrived and there has been no contact since Phone calls unanswered and emails ignored for months I can t even find information on how to contact administrators Such a shame it ended this way as I had always had good service before

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE Ordered many books for charity shops and gifts for people in 2020 but never received a single item Asked for a refund multiple times only to be ignored until finally they had the cheek to email me recently a year later explaining that I could no longer get a refund because it s been too long A totally unreliable company that I will never use again Will have to go down the legal route to get money back now Save your time money and shop somewhere anywhere else
