Been using the online service for years but unfortunately I got 2 pairs of glasses for my husband and a replacement pair of glass for me Neither of us could see out of them Had to take them to a normal shop to get lens replaced Real shame as they where great before

Let down by Royal Mail delivery
Everything perfect with the supplier but they were let down by Royal Mail as they took 4 working days to deliver despite paying extra for a 24 hour delivery Also meant that the glasses arrived after I had left for holiday so really disappointed

The glasses received were lovely however the case they came with was damaged and does not close for such an expensive brand I expected the case to actually be able to protect the glasses not completely happy for how much I paid

The item was delivered rather quickly and the price was loads better than intial look around in stores until I received them and the frames a are bent I m unable to wear them so I m going have to pay to now straight the frames

7 day processing despite NDD
Ordered whilst paying for NDD this was no satisfied and once asked why they said they have a processing time of 5-7days What s the point of what NDD Honestly sub par e-commerce operations

Big let down by lenses quality
The frames are good value for money However they are let down by the quality of the lenses I paid more for thinner lenses with anti-reflex coating and they are worse than supermarket quality The customer service is kind but overall I would not go back to this shop Also the non-return no-exchange policy for frames that you never tried before is a big letdown They need to work on that like sending you the frame before so you do not be disappointed

These are the worst lenses I have paid for Stay away from this company You are probably better off with supermarket lenses I paid more for thinner lenses with anti-reflex coating but these are far from the quality you would expect from a reputable company
