I ordered what looked like Ray Ban transparent glasses an received what look like fake glasses nothing like the glasses I already own these didn t say Ray Ban on them anywhere And looked like women s style When I emailed about this issue No correspondence

Beware when ordering prescription lenses
My own fault for misreading the small print however I am not pleased with the inability to return frames with prescription lenses No problem with not being able to receive a refund on prescription lenses however the policy shouldn t affect the frames Contacted the company and was told this was the policy as they dispose of the clear lenses that come with the frames Won t be shopping from here again after being told to have ordered the frames without prescription to try on and send back for a prescription if wanted Seems like a long winded and timely process not to mention having to get a refund if the frames are unsuitable and wait for this to go through

expensive sunglasses arrived with fingerprints all over the lenses was told this is because they get checked before being sent outnot checked very well as one lense is loose and the frame is slightly out of shapein my opinion these have been previously returned and then sent out again

Not happy with the service I got as I paid for the tracked 24 service over the weekend assuming that my niece would receive it till late Tuesday as she had flight Wednesday However they didn t dispatch it till Tuesday and on top of that when I emailed the customer services I didn t get any apologies but rather disappointing message In the end my niece flew without the parcel and the parcel was delivered Thursday and received by her flatmates who just paid for the post to reach to me which I am still waiting for So can t comment on the product yet but absolutely so so so much annoyed by the service I received

You are buying a glasses worth 150 from a store who is really sneaky about their return policy and in fact don t mention it in their FAQs When I ordered the item I ordered it with confidence that there will be a free return in case I don t like them and I remember reading free returns over 130 but now I am told I have to pay for returns Clearly not a very considerate seller simply bothered about their own interests over customer satisfaction I m just glad I didn t order it with prescription as they don t return at all with prescription lenses

Very disappointing
Very disappointing My Gucci sunglasses which were not cheap were faulty logo came off and the Optic Shop wouldn t help out as said they only had a two year warranty I am only a couple of weeks outside this warranty and explained that this incident happened a while ago but it had taken a while for me to get in contact Regardless the Optic Shop reinforced they could not help I am so disappointed as the logo from a pair of expensive sunglasses should not fall off in under two years

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for a birthday present They have been send via Royal Mail 48h tracked delivery The parcel has been left on my doorstep when I came back from work the parcel wasn t there I have contacted Optic Shop the same day and they ensured me that they will have to contact Royal Mail and fill a clam which will take up to 3 weeks It s been over a month I have contacted them on several occasions to get some updates but no communication Terrible customer service and a bad experience

Awful customer care from the customer care manager As a repeat customer I expected better Their system got my order wrong they told me it was my fault I had ordered the wrong size RayBan and I had to pay the return postage Being aware of the different sizes I categorically ordered the correct size I will never shop with them again Most disappointed

Wrong lenses
I ordered a pair of Oakley reading glasses with 1 5 prescriptions I had the glasses delivered with a lense for the distance I have never had this problem before whilst ordering prescription lenses I was told that I had to pay to change the lenses I have always ordered 1 5 reading glasses and with the info provided I have always had the vorrect lenses until now
