In the last three years I have bought several traditional instruments through Thomann All have arrived promptly in good order and at a very competitive price I have never had to call them but email communication has always been excellent After the nightmare of Brexit they were quick to adjust their accounting so that the UK customer pays one lumpsum inclusive of delivery and VAT whose payment they arrange through their carrier Magic

Again very good experience with great quality products I ordered a case for trumpet for 100euros it seems to be appropriate quality Also got a desk light-worth that money- and some folders I appreciate there was a fast response from the right department asking for my phone number missing at the order Delivery with UPS can be difficult some time but I sorted the issue out with them over 2 phone calls and everything is in use now Thank you and I ll be coming back again

Awesome company especially today when talking with a human is almost impossible We received our guitar with a crack on the neck That s bad In a matter of minutes we ve been contacted by a the area manager offering us a refund or a replacement The instrument was great and so was the price so we asked for a replacement The new guitar arrived a few day later Perfect and free of charge Thank you and respect

Customer service is second to none ordered a millennium drumkit which came within very reasonable time however there was a problem with the hi-hat emailed the company and got send a new one no quibble thanks again for your outstanding service

Thomann is the only online music shop I go to now The product range and prices are excellent I ve bought everything from budget Harley Benton effect gear up to Taylor guitars - always great and prompt service Once when part of an item was missing they resolved it about as fast as possible Highly recomment
