All around great service with fast and safe international delivery

The whole client service at Thomann was incredibly fast and efficient to solve my problems The return of my Elektron Model was super easy and fast without conditions and they give me my credit so fast that in less than 3 days I was able to buy another machine that fit better my Studio I highly recommend also the technical service that was also taking the time to find the right power bank information that fit my sampler So I have decided to put this comment i can t put less stars than 5 Thanks again to all at Thomann Fred

Always provide an Excellent customer

We have limited guitar gear selection in Kuwait unfortunately however Thomann s online service has filled that need admirably So far I ve purchased the following items in different orders Fender GTX100 amp Fender Player Plus neck replacement and a Harley Benton HB-35 Plus Semi-hollow guitar Order processing usually takes a day with shipping from Germany to Kuwait taking 3 - 4 days via UPS door-to-door delivery The packaging is sturdy and well done guaranteeing all the items arriving safely which is my main concern All the Thomann teams from order placement to gear support have all been tremendously helpful They ve earned themselves a happy and loyal customer

Quick service and help

Once again I made a purchase at Thomann I have been shopping at Thomann for many years due to their great selection of musical instruments their reasonable prices and shipping fees Other reasons for shopping at Thomann is their excellent service and fast delivery Even though I am living in the middle of the North Atlantic Faroe Islands they have no problems delivering my goods on time and their shipping fees are not outrageous as often seen at other stores Thus Thomann is highly recommendable

Buying at Thomann is always a pleasure

I ordered a new drag hinge steel for a microphone standard the old plastic one broke but the part was delivered with a small screw - the standard has a large screw Saturday afternoon I used the chat service it was first AI then got a real person after a short wait Difficult to explain what I needed so I sent a photo of what I received and what I wanted After a minute awaiting the guy came back with a photo of a screw adapter from large to small I ordered it immediately Great service

Buying at Thomann is always a pleasure Delivery is fast and accurate they dont deliver after or before If there is a situation that the product needs to be sent back is very easy and on time Thomann products are very good and are exactly what they offer and state on each description of them I am very happy to have Thomann supplying my music instruments and accessories
