Ordered a drum set on December 1st now 14th still not arrived Customer services sending generic emails saying delayed at customs they clearly haven t been in touch with them Will not be ordering from them again Hoping to get refunded through PayPal Avoid

I ordered a keyboard combo that I needed urgently The website said next day delivery 30 12 The following day the order hadn t even been processed I had to cancel There was no apology and no explanation I then politely enquired to 3 different departments as to what went wrong None have replied So much for Satisfaction Guaranteed

BEWARE NOT ALL IT SEEMS

Steven Slate headphones 411 screen refreshed went to 511 contacted to ask why told of a overnight manufacture price increase so a nice 100 bonus profit for volumes of stock already held in the warehouse Told them I had seen them at 411 on an alternative site which I had in my basket I was asked to wait so they could price match Low and behold after waiting a long period of time the other site increased its price when I next looked These large companies seem to have Ghost sites all feeding into the German main account

Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service Received a damaged guitar from this company Returned to them over three weeks ago and still no refund They just say they have to inspect the guitar It s a shame no one did this before they sent it out in the first place Christmas present disaster Do yourself a favour Buy from a reputable company instead and steer clear of Thomann

Poor customer service and understanding of trading law

I purchased a plugin bundle from them 2hrs later I decided to cancel and refund this order The item had not been downloaded or activated According to their own returns policy this should be completely eligible for return it is also covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Their customer service team was really unhelpful it almost felt intentional and they were also uneducated on their own policies and consumer rights A support rep named Carlos kept insisting that German law applied when selling in the UK this is incorrect I am still yet to receive a refund and I m now being told they need to check if they can make this exception - there is no exception to be made I am entitled to a refund and shouldn t have to jump through so many hoops to get one Really poor service and lack of training it seems Would not recommend buying from them as if there is any issue or you change your mind the time and stress they take is not worth it Particularly if you are purchasing from the UK they do not understand UK trading law which is still applicable

What you see is not what you get

Bought a bass preorder Took 15months to receive it Was not similar in colour and I know some difference is acceptable but ordered a dark brown wooden Got a light yellow The shape of the body was also wrong Complained Got asked to send it return but to manage the shipping myself and they would reimburse my post cost up to ca 40 euro Cheapest shipping I found was about 120euro Then they got their finger out and sorted the shipping So all I had to do was print some stuff and deliver it to post The they sent me a replacement some months later which was the same wrong colour The body was slightly more correct this time Like when you order a burger at MC Donald s photo Vs what you getCalled to complain They refused the shape was wrong at all despite both being different from each other Said photo in webshop that shows a beautiful instrument is just the wrong photo but still they haven t updated it to show the cheap Ali express wish version they sell Now 19 months after initial order I m starting the refund process Wasted 19 months this far Will probably take 1-2 months more before I get my money back Never again ThomannNo apology and no admission of fault

Watch out for hidden charges even if you read the smallprint

Ordered an item with free shipping as I d spent double the required amount Paid in full but then Thomann told me that delivery would be an extra 80 because of the weight of the package being over 30kg On their own web page it says the item is 25kg I questioned them about this and they said that it actually weighs 30 3kg so I would have to pay extra As I refused to pay the extra they cancelled my order I d been wanting this item for ages and as the time had come to order it I was looking forward to receiving it Thomann messed me about and ruined the experience I doubt I d use them again

Scammed me unfortunately

Scammed me unfortunately Bought an 18 subwoofer failed after 5 uses got a new on warranty Two months later they come back requiring me to send the speaker back because I according to them have overloaded the subwoofer Rejected this because I do not have the amps to overload the spec the previous speaker lasted 5 years with half the rated power AND the replacement speaker has been playing fine in the same setup for two months now Have asked how they explain this only comment I get back is that their verdict stays no comments on my comments at all Stay away from Thomann and Eminence loudspeaker company scammers

I regret ordering from Thomann

When things go wrong it seems they can not handle it in a good manner A company like Thomann is super good when the delivery works but if something is missing or wrong because of them or their manufactures it takes AGES to get it sorted and you have to hunt them to get replies I kind of regret ordering from them when things become like this it should be so much smoother than this
