Good in the normal course of events

Sign up was easy and they price matched local competition Gave a larger storage area as the size I needed wasn t available All friendly and straightforward But Lift broke down when I wanted to move in Not their fault However communication was terrible - there was no one I could speak to as it was weekend and out of hours I don t mind the break down but there should have been someone on hand to help out and answer my questions

From initial enquiry to moving my possessions into storage customer service was excellent Being a new unit everything is clean and in good working order Lots of trolleys etc and very helpful staff to assist with any queries Security excellent Would definitely recommend compared to other local storage companies having enquired with all of them

The staff were helpful but very busy The premises were clean and the system worked well The car parking was sufficient Just The negative was only having one relatively small lift This elongated the unloading process but on the whole very happy with the decision to use Titan Storage

Great service staff friendly however rubbish left in loading bay days ago and hadn t been cleared up and floors around the units need a mop Thanks

Great communication and facilities

We needed to find storage quickly and locally From the very start the staff at Titan in Littlehampton keeping us up to date on availability and were very friendly and helpful I had a thorough tour of the facility and the security systems Any questions I had were answered as asap and have been friendly throughout I have been in and out several times and are now so pleased we have chosen Titan Storage Solutions

A good choice I found staff extremely polite and helpful offering flexible suggestions for the best storage solution Paperwork done quickly and with the minimum of fuss I would recommend this company

Set up 10 10Operation 8 10 doors staying open for a few seconds great for security but a real pain to have to keep typing 10 characters over and over and over again

The assistant showing me around was very nice and showed me increasingly larger spaces as I realised what I needed The process of renting the space was very smooth There were some crossed wires about access times but in the end the manager sorted it out Thanks mate

Braintree Facility - Couldn t have chosen better We chose Titan Braintree as part of our business operations for both short and longer term storage Also as a strategic location for our delivery team to pick up goods for onward distribution The positives for us have been the ability to flex our storage needs in line with our buisness demands security for our inventory and great access Titan has provided all these needs for us together with great service from the team Other positives are great loading bay area and good car parking handling equipment on site for use by customers The site is spotlessly clean and the customer service team are always super helpful Harper Office
