The service team has been taught to be dishonest
The service team has been taught how to deflect and redirect phone call regarding bad service Each time you call they waste your time turning off your phone and rebooting and calling back Verizon I just did that procedure multiple time after being reassured that THEY were going to do something different Pure LIES Verizon you are dishonest to the core They are having serious problems and are not admitting their issues nor doing anything to fix them

I ve seen stupidity and incompetence in my life but never as much as the past 24h when I first encountered myself talking to Verizon advisors Not only there are as useless as stupid but they also seem to enjoy scamming people and making them lose time They scammed me for 30 today and after 2 and a half hours spent trying to fix it they kept talking to me like a 2 year old Worst brand customer service ever

The customer service people hung the phone up on me 3 times in 30 minutes Phone still not working Very poor I need my phone for work and they said it will take 24 hours to fix my problem They yes they deleted My account I will be leaving them very soon

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible do not waste your time My wife went to refill our plans on the app like usual and her phone was fine but the data on my phone would not work She spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get through to people and the actual people we got ahold of kept hanging up on her eventually it got so late at night she had to give up she got back at it the next morning and spent 4 more hours on the phone and my phone Is still not working and at this point we just want a refund and they say there is a problem with their refund system What a joke We have yet to see our money and this whole thing put a big dent in our weekend Company was fine until Verizon stepped in

Run far away from Total by Verizon
Run far away from Total by Verizon Their customer service reps are rude and nasty Customer service representative Marie joe 513426 literally got rude for no reason and refused to transfer to her supervisor she should not be in customer service awful employees They will take your money and time and run you into data connectivity issues Do not waste your time and money with Total by Verizon They want to snatch your business right away but don t want to help you when they run you into issues Don t get trapped Total by Verizon is total crap show My family and friends are going to hear this for years

NO ONE takes responsibility to see the job through No one followed up Moving from Verizon Wireless to Total By Verizon for financial reasons For 11 days I tried to connect I made SEVENTEEN calls Calls were cut off dropped about 7 times Over 11 days I was promised return calls eight times but only received one call back No one cares I made 17 calls and each time they treated me like it was my first call No one stood up for the customer No one takes responsibility there s no accountability Complete customer neglect

My phone got broken so I went to wal mart and bought a total verizon phone now I am going on two weeks without my phone when I tried to activate my phone they cut my service off I have a 60 shared plan my boyfriends phone s service is working fine but when I called they said I needed to buy min Ever since verizon took over total wireless we have had nothing but trouble I m switching carriers ive talked and chatted with customer service several times but nobody knows how to fix my phone that still has not been activated It s ridiculous

Total wireless customer service is awful They will put you off as long as possible I gave them a one star but would rather have given them a minus 10 There is no place to send supporting documents either email or by mail USPS Cellular user beware

Abolutely terrible customer service They will tell you they will help you never do it then lie about it when you call back Every time I ask for help I get a different answer They will say they don t have the tools or make up an excuse and dodge every question Awful people really I m switching to Mint

If you are looking for a reliable
If you are looking for a reliable phone Unless you have access to WiFi at all times this is not the phone service for you This has been the worst experience I had with a phone service in my entire life Horrible service and I had to get 2 brand new phones in less than a month I also wasted over 60 On refill cards I was told were no good and had to buy 2 new sim cards that I was not reimbursed for Also I spent over a week on phone calls with their customer service all with out my phone working I had to use my son s phone during this time Everytime I finally got passed the computer part and would finally get transferred to a human I would be disconnected and have to repeat it all over again Very frustrating I highly do not recommend
